I had a small problem with a recent order. It was resolved within 24 hours by Locoing staff. Absolutely first-class service as usual.

Fabulous Customer Service. Mishellina helped me with a replacement handwash. She kept me up to date by email and speedily posted it to me. Thank you. 🙏

Dire. Order placed on the 30th August to take advantage of a birthday gift. It's now the 14th September and the order has not been delivered. It is impossible to redirect the delivery as Royal Mail won't allow it for this delivery, it is impossible to telephone L'Occitane as the 0800 support line doesn't work, there is no chat option on the website so you're left with email as the only contact. Emailing them results in a reply, three - four days later so any questions requiring a question then a response take weeks to complete. I'll almost certainly never see the order and have to claim a refund on my card. Shocking. Never, never, never, again.

They dispatch the order five days after you paid for it.

What has happened to the L'Occitane deodorant sticks??
The ingredients have changed - that lovely smell has now been minimised and the stick no longer glides on. Any protection can only be described as terrible. This is not what I paid for.
Total rip off, if I want to wear cheap products I would not be paying £18 for a deodorant that is no better than a £3 stick from Superdrug.

The L’Occitane representative (called Betty) who I spoke to about a problem with my delivery listened carefully to my account of the problem. It was then swiftly resolved by L’Occitane who kept in touch with me throughout the process. I could not fault the way my contact was handled and I will definitely remain a loyal customer of L’Occitane.

I have been using the Citrus Verbena deodorant a long time to find no longer available and believe has been replaced with Verveine Agrumes which is no comparison - texture and smell. Disappointed!

I'm glad that I'm seeing other reviews on here complaining about the new branding look/materials used and size of the products. I went onto the site recently to treat myself and can honestly say I was completely underwhelmed. Might as well buy a tube of Aveeno or Oil of Olay because that's what the products looked like! I've been using L'Occitane products for over 10 years, but I'll be looking elsewhere now to spend my hard earned cash.

What has happened to the beautiful L'Occitane packaging? I loved it! All part of the L'Occitane experience for me and I suspect many others. Very sad....I buy with all my senses.

The products look and feel cheap, both in terms of the packaging and the formulas.

I have never had a problem with L’occitane or their products before. However, the problem I had was immediately solved by Roddy. He’s polite,helpful,very efficient and professional. Great service.

I received an opened package containing damaged, torn contents and customer service made no attempt to apologise for the oversight. Resolving the issue has proven unnecessarily difficult, as in-store returns require pre-approval. This is a remarkably poor standard of service and I will not be purchasing from L'OCCITANE again

Update regarding L'OCCITANE's reply: Had you genuinely reviewed the case history, you would recognise the shocking drop in your customer service standards.

Obsessed with your products, I can't stop buying them! The quality and scents are absolutely amazing. However, the new packaging looks a bit cheap, almost like a supermarket brand, and why have the perfumes shrunk in size? 🤔 #ugly packaging#🫩

The atomiser on my eau de toilette failed for no apparent reason. When I emailed L’Occitane I received a swift and very helpful reply, followed by a replacement atomiser sent by first-class post, which works perfectly. Excellent customer service.

Had the pleasure of being in contact with Renata, my mum recently ordered some stuff for me for my new home and knows how obsessed I’ve been with candles and L’occitane. The order included the offer of 3 free candles when you spend over £130. She also used the 10% first time customer discount which meant I didn’t receive the candles (which I would have preferred) I got in contact with the customer service team and Renata kindly sent the candles and I just want to say how amazing and pleased I am with the customer service! This is why L’occitane is that girllll!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mishellina. They were so helpful and quick at responding to my enquiry. They showed brilliant service and were very personable. They went above and beyond to help. They are a real credit to L’occitaine.

Renata at L'Occitane was extremely helpful & efficient

Great products, that's a given. They did miss shipping one of the products I ordered. Wasn't an issue as I emailed them that it was missing and within 10 mins they had arranged it to be priority shipped, no questions asked. Super customer service.
