Good morning. The car was perfect. We did need to get the DEF filled during the time frame we had it. Not sure if the company forgot to check it before giving us the car. The charges and terms were not fully explained. At the airport we were told we could only rent it for 30 days and would need to go to an office in Sondrio to add the remaining days we needed to rent the car. The next day when i reviewed the charges (I asked for a printout at the desk but was told they don't do printouts, I'd get it via email) and the cost was double what I was told due to additional fees. I was getting charged for returning the car one way, when we were actually returning it to the airport after paying for the additional days. I was told they would refund a few of the fees due and as of today there has been no refund. The customer representatives were very nice, polite and patient. My biggest disappointment was not getting the refunds promised and not getting a printout immediately so I could have addressed the issues right then and there. Instead I had to go back to their office a second time. If you can pass this on and request my refunds be processed, that would be great. The young man I dealt with is Mamoon.

Great experience with this car rental location! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, the car was clean and ready on time, and the return was quick and easy. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely rent from them again!

Metodo di pagamento non idoneo, poca professionalità da parte del personale, auto non perfettamente pulite e funzionanti, col prezzo che si chiede è un servizio poco professionale.
