Worth recommending
When picking up a car, it is worth doing the check-in online, it shortens the process as much as possible in the office itself. I reported a Volkswagen Golf, but I received another car (Seat), but it was not a problem for me. The car was clean, in very good condition. Most importantly, when returning the car there was no problem with "looking for" damage. The employee only verified whether any new ones had occurred. I did not incur any additional costs.

In general my experience was fine
In general my experience was fine. But the person who stays in the garage and brings the car to you, is very disrespectful. I just asked one question to him about the cars available in the garage and he just said "this is car is good for you, please go away". I went back to the office and explained what happened in the garage.

ma poi non riesco a rientrare per il giorno stabilito,tengo la macchina un giorno in piu' mi viene fatto pagare 68,00 euro,credo che sia una cosa fuori dal normale,essendo sempre stato un cliente lucauto onestamente sono molto deluso grazie

Auto non rispondente alla mie esigenze
Non ho potuto usare l’auto perché non dotata degli equipaggiamenti richiesti e nonostante la manifestazione del mio malcontento non si è riusciti a trovare un’alternativa (deduco per il ridotto parco auto a vostra disposizione). Sicuramente da non ripetere!
