I’m incredibly happy with the service I received. Subs is efficient and friendly and punctual. He carries a huge supply of parts so could fix my toilet there and then. Extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely use when I need a plumber again and would whole heartedly recommend.

Had major problem with the pipe work and a leak on the radiator He turned up early and carried out a excellent modification to fix the problem and also replaced a tap washer Will be using them for more jobs

I'd got home from work with a pipe leak. I had a lodger moving in and the power went due to the water. Rang up. 30 minutes later arrived. Obeyed social distancing and did a fantastic job.So friendly. There my go to now. Cant say enough. Well pleased.

I noticed a signs of a water leak on my kitchen ceiling and needed an emergency plumber so I contacted Subs and asked if he could come and take a look. From the initial contact to Subs arriving was under 4 hours!
He quickly assessed, diagnosed and fixed the problem.
Subs was clean, polite, professional and an absolute credit to his trade!
This is the second time I have used Subs and I won’t hesitate to use him again.

Subs is very reliable and very professional and great at his job. I've been calling him for nearly 4 years for any plumbing jobs/issues and he always completes the job to a high standard. Overall very trustworthy, prices jobs reasonably and is quick for callouts. I've never used anyone else except him for my plumbing jobs/issues because he knows his stuff. In the summer I had hot water from cold water taps and in autumn no hot water. Hundreds of pounds were paid to various experts and four different plumbers who spent from a few hours to half a day and only achieved intermittent tepid water. One of them tried to convince me that tepid was really hot water ergo I was being unreasonable. Depressed, I gave it one last chance and phoned a new unknown company. From the outset SUBS was superior. They advised by phone/text when on the way, put on their own plastic shoe covers, had all their own protective sheeting for the house, were methodical, clear, co-operative and courteous. In one hour they had temporarily sorted the problem. They returned promptly to do the final work, left everything impeccably clean, they even changed a plunger that did not work for a new one and did not charge me for it. They made a significant, qualitative difference to my home, my life and emotional well-being. From now on I'm only calling SUBS.

I thought I needed a new boiler but Subs said the old one still had plenty of life left in it. That in itself set Subs apart from others who would just replace anything to increase their price.

The work we had done was completed speedily and neatly, floors and carpets were covered all the time. We now have: a new wireless boiler control system; a replacement radiator in the bathroom and boiler and gas fires serviced.

I can't speak highly enough of the service. I've already recommended Subs to others!
