I love it!

Gives great visual insight on how visible my business is and what improvements i can make

This was my first time buying this type of service but the name LocalFalcon has come up many times in discussions I have had so I am very familiar with the name.

I am a server guy. To me, either things work or they dont. There is no nuance involved. If I got a trouble call, I didnt need to wait weeks to find out if I fixed it. That thought discourged me from learning seo. I never took the time to understand terminology so starting off was hard.

I found it very easy to find basic terminology definition help so I could produce a report my client and myself could understand and felt confident enough presenting.

I did try another big name service but found it hard to understand. I can honestly say this was so much easier to figure out.

Great tool I would highly recommend

We use Local Falcon to track local businesses. The grid scans have been genuinely eye-opening. Seeing SoLV, ARP, and ATRP mapped point-by-point showed us exactly where we sit in the local pack and where we drop off, which a single average-position number completely hides. It surfaced a demand pattern we'd underweighted and let us prove the impact of our local SEO work to the client with real heatmaps. The AI platform scans (AI Overviews, ChatGPT) are a big plus too, being able to check whether we get recommended by AI is something no other tool did this cleanly. The API access made it easy to pull reports into our own workflow. Highly recommended for anyone doing serious local SEO.

One improvement worth flagging, and it's genuinely valuable for us: let the search language/locale be set per scan, independent of the grid location. In a city where people search in two languages from the same spot, the local pack differs by query language, but a keyword list doesn't make that explicit. A language toggle per keyword, plus side-by-side SoLV comparison across languages, would sharpen multilingual local tracking a lot.

Great product, I was looking for something that was easy to setup, had good value on a monthly subscription and connected to Claude via MCP. This product had it all. I would highly recommend it. They offer great support as well.
