I’ve planned to build a local business directory for some time, but the amount of work involved kept putting it in the “someday” basket. Local Directory AI made it genuinely achievable.
The platform is easy to use, developing quickly, and Alok and the team are very responsive. Most importantly, it was so streamlined to set up that my directory has launched.
I’ve worked in digital marketing and SEO for years. About five years ago, I bought three lifetime licenses for another directory platform—but the setup was so labor-intensive that I never finished a single directory.
Alok’s AI-powered software changed that. Its Google integration imports businesses, reviews, and photos for pennies, then automatically writes the meta descriptions—saving me weeks of manual work.
Even better, the platform keeps improving with blogging tools, AI enhancements, MCP support, and new features. Now I can focus on building a valuable directory instead of fighting with the technology. I’m very glad I made the investment.
The team have been building software that I have used over the past few years and I have had a great experience overall. The directory has been carefully thought through and allows me to be the host of great businesses in my area.
I was in at the start. My experience is that things are developing fast and any (expected) bugs get fixed really quickly. Very responsive team and the product is good.
I’ve been using LocalDirectory.ai to build out a local business directory, and I’ve been impressed with the platform and the team behind it. It has a lot of useful features built in, and they continue to improve the platform based on feedback.
What stands out most is the support. Whenever I’ve run into an issue or had a question, the team has been responsive and willing to help. They’ve also been quick to make improvements when something could work better.
If you’re looking to build and grow a local or niche business directory, LocalDirectory.ai is definitely worth checking out.
