**UPDATE. My issue was properly & very professionally resolved. Thank you to JM who made the necessary adjustments with regards to my order. Her professionalism & exceptional customer service was beyond my expectations. I will definitely make purchases in the future for more lobsters & other merchandise.

This time my New Year’s Eve dinner did not live up to my expectations or the money I spent. The lobster tasted bland & a little “off” from what I’m used to, even though it was cooked with the same method. Basically just disappointed seeing how much I spent & what I was expecting.

Came early and were so wonderful & tasty!! Great way to celebrate!

Well we ordered 3 10oz lobster tails for New Years !
They showed up on time and 2 of the Tails were in good shape . Sadly the 3rd one was hollow on the inside for the most part . When we boiled them the one just turned to mush .

Everything was very good and arrived promptly. Lobsters very tasty. Only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was my bag of 100 oysters had the origin date/location tag cut off. I'm not sure that's legal.

From ordering, to delivery, to cooking and eating our seafood order - lobster, bacon wrapped scallops, stuffed quahogs, clam chowder - out of this world.

Purchased for an employee dinner and was a five-star experience all around.

Lobsters, 15 pound boat box, arrived undamaged, timely in Virginia.
Box included one 3# monster, one smallish 1.25# lobster with most of the rest in the 1.5# plus range. Plenty of lobsters for a hungry crowd of 7 adults.

All lobsters were alive, healthy and quite cold. Easily handled, they were all hardshell lobsters, packed with meat, tomalley, fat (next year's shell) and very tasty.
We all had a great time!

We do plan to do a family steamed lobster dinner again.

The lady who took my order was patient, understanding and excellently helpful!

Fresh, live, big healthy lobsters literally to your doorstep. What they advertise is what they deliver and what they deliver is awesome. Worth the cost will order from them again.

My 3 pound lobsters arrived alive and lively.

The order came thru a day late.It was our Sons 60th Birthday, He was working his tug in northern Chesapeake .This was suppose to be a special event .

Seems that an order cannot be filled on a Monday although the paperwork specified that Monday 2 December was the delivery date.

Do not order for a Monday delivery.unless you understand that cannot happen.
