The lobsters were amazing. The ordering online was super easy. Highly recommended.

All was super with the process. One lobster was perfect, probably a bit over 2.5 pounds; the other was less than 2 pounds and close to a soft shell lobster: not a hard shell! Very tasty; but not what I ordered.

Great communication, top quality service and product.

Great price for whole fresh live lobster but shipping was expensive

received exactly what I ordered in great shape, on time, with healthy live lobsters.

We are from New England, and were visiting my folks in Florida for the Holiday weekend. They haven’t had lobster since they moved five years ago. Our order arrived as schedule, all of our lobsters were alive and some of the sweetest lobster we’ve had! We will definitely be ordering again!

Bought two boat run boxes for our family vacation in the Outer Banks. The lobsters arrived on time, perfectly packed, and fresh. We had a lobster boil for 40 people and the next day had lobster rolls (New England style). Lobster Online was easy to do business with and delivered a great product!

Received 1 dead and 1 alive. They refunded $23, so I ended up paying $80 for 1 lobster. Great….

i have left numerous messages and emails to inform you that not only did the lobsters not make it on time (3) days!!! it was supposed to be over night!!! lobsters were DEAD! one “cool Pak” really?!!!!!!!!! this was a very special gift for my daughters birthday as she lives in Utah and i was surprising her with her favorite, lobsters from home! not only did they not deliver her lobsters she actually drove to the warehouse to pick them up because Fed Ex wouldn’t drop them off till Monday and it’s saturday!! she feared the worst! ALL Dead!!!! i am irate! how dear you package live lobsters with ONLY one small Cool Pak. i have pictures and video for proof!!! you don’t return messages or answer emails!!!! i will be leaving a extremely negative review!!!! i expect a full refund !!!!!!!!!!

ordering and delivery were super easy, delivery was perfect, the order was complete and everything was delicious!! This is the place to go if you don't mind not driving for x amount of miles, the store not having what you wanted then driving back home!!

Delivered alive and on time! The bugs were delicious. Had a couple lobster first timers and they totally enjoyed the experience.

Since this was a big order for me (30 pound boat run box), I contacted her several times to better understand what I would get, how to get it on time for 4th of July, and how to store the lobsters overnight. Her responses were timely and informative and I am not sure I would have closed the deal without her guidance. The lobsters were terrrific - an abundant number of feisty, good sized specimens - and I would do this again for a big party.

Well we thought that we got a good boat run 20lb box fast shipping at a fair price and then it showed up the box was taped up looked like it had been torn open the side of the foam cooler box inside was cracked no plastic liner the lobsterwere alive and cool the box all together only weight 22lbs so I couldn't tell if any was missing but there was 13 live lobsters still in there, total order was about 500. Dollars, so I might order agian but recommend with how my shipment was handled , not, and you took your time getting around to survaing us, should been within days after delivery.
