They flat out LIE to you
They flat out LIE to you. They are the very reason NO ONE should ever try to get a loan that goes through a loan broker (they may deny that is what they are - but they are what they are).
They offer you alternatives to getting stuck in a impossible to cancel subscription based "verification" method (which by-the-way would not provide any other information than can be obtained for free without any need to be associated with the subscription service that their page automatically directs you to sign up for - I am sure that makes it easier for them to get their "kickback" for getting people to sign up for something they don't need or want).
Even if you select one of their alternatives, that their correspondence indicates you need to do, you are then sent on a multi-week wild goose chase that ultimately ends being nothing but a waste of time (including following THEIR process to use one of their "alternative" verification methods that nobody asks you to use).
They even made the statement: "We understand that this is a bit unusual, but with this lending partner, it is worth it. Thank you for your patience and good luck!" after you let them know you followed THEIR instructions.
I could go on further but you get the idea. The bottom line: you cannot believe a single word that comes from them (because every single word turns out to be a total lie) and if I could rate them a ZERO (or better yet a negative number) I would.
I personally don't like "loan brokers" to begin with and this company (if they are even a company and not just complete frauds and scammers) are the exact reason why.
STEER CLEAR OF THEM - they are nothing but a complete waste of a lot of time.
