Loads4Less were amazing! I needed a last minute move and they came through without any problems. The team was fast, friendly and careful with my things. Everything was packed up and moved quickly and nothing was damaged. They made a stressful situation really easy. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing movers.

Amazing proactive service with great communication! If you aren’t sure about what to do when you’re moving in/out as a student they are definitely a great choice.

They were very accommodating and took my booking at very short notice. My driver went above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of. I’ll be booking with this company again in the future.

Great service , I needed some help moving last minute and for the second time using loads 4 less this year they have been really good. The experienced team who moved me were so friendly and supportive. They took great care with my belongings . I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt & Patrick were brilliant, arrived bright and early and efficiently packed our large items. Unpacked items carefully to our requested rooms. All completed well within our time slot of 2hrs. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Untrustworthy company whose staff mostly have criminal records, I've seen it in the news since! That's if you even get a Loads4Less member of staff. It turned out our team had been hired last minute from a driving agency and it seemed like they had never done a removal before. They didn't even seem to know how to move and lift furniture. If I had known I'd been getting randomers I'd have plucked some off the street and paid them myself

My experience of this company couldnt have been worse. They shoukd not be able to call themselves a removal company they have a small luton van as their Largest vehicle. The men they are rude, happy to break your belongings by their bad handling and will take much more time than tbey should to do the job. Avoid Especially if you are a single woman who is an older adult or a woman who is disabled the attitude of the owner towards the disabled woman who pays a lot more money for a very poor service is unprintable. I also would avoid using this company with the recommendation of big yellow storage who are in the same place as this company has an office just off its carpark as they gave no idea nor do they care that loads4less staff and owner behave as if they dont have to follow the laws of the land and happy to lie to court officials in writing and in person and slander you whilst doing so. I had my paperwork changed subsequently to signing it online so they could change the contract to their advantage. Avoid this company and tell everyone else to avoid it as well.
I got a different company to take my belongings from storage to my house they couldnt believe this company was meant to be professional as they had never seen peoples belongings in such a state having been put in by what was meant to be a professional company with numerous items previously in working order prior to loads4less men moving them broken beyond use and stacked in such a way that it was likely they would topple - they asked me if it was a man and van or professional company id used to put the items in storage and were appalled when i told them that id used this company and my terrible experience with them. I was promised my items would be wrapped in plastic protection - they had nothing at all but a couple of old blankets which they wouldn't use anyway. They took 8 hours to do a job id had done before upon moving into the property which had included the packing of everything by a different company in 3 hours including taking some items to a different address first. They refused to do the video quote i requested as i was across the country at the time i also told them theyd need a huge removal lorry for all of my belongings at no time did they tell me they only had two vans the largest being a luton van the other being not much bigger inside as a transit van. I had even told them for the items they were meant to take from storage on the same day it had taken two luton vans to fill the storage unit and i had my flat which id already told them had a lot of stuff in and id told them that i hadnt finished packing so couldnt say how many boxes there would be hence me requestinb a video quote to be told that it wasnt their policy to do video quotes. The owner in the year plus before going to court says that has been changed but who knows as he was happy for his staff to lie on their statements for court and he was happy to lie about what was agreed in court apart from being discriminatory about disabled people and particularly myself in court and at length. This is obviously an issue for anyone who would want a company that acts in a way that deals with the public in line with the equality act law and not in a way that passes on and allows behaviour of their staff an attitude that is very bad but also illegal if you are disabled in any way. I cant emphasise enough how awful this company was to deal with frim the owner downwards. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I have had to wait over 14months to go to court because of the actions of this company so can only now put in reviews

Be wary of this bad company. We called them for a possible moving home service and a representative came out for a survey.

After the survey loads4less sent us an email with a quote and we thought it to be very expensive and confusing with alot of additional upsells. As a result of that, my wife and I decided not to go ahead and instead used an amazing company called Soveriegn Removals. They were absolutely brilliant and their quote was considerably less ( night and day difference) and a lot clearer, simpler, and very professional. We went above our time with the move as the keys to our new house were released at 4.30pm which was really late in the day, but they did not charge us even a penny extra. We made sure to tip them handsomely for their hard work and generosity. With loads4less, it was a completely different story. It felt like I was dealing with some budget airline like easy jet.. on the face of it the quote appeared to be normal but once you looked at everything carefully (as in the fine print and all the extras, and even the contract, it was obvious that the quote was very likely to change and be alot higher on the day of the move). The most important thing is that nothing had been officially signed or contractually agreed with this company. We genuinely believe their practices are illegal. Please clear of this scam.

We are now defending the matter in court.

I met Adam soall today I had trouble to get to his work place to pick a smart tv so he kindly offered to deliver it free of charge with in 40 minutes he was at my door what a service and being a bank holiday so thank you Adam

First class service from start to finish, everything went smoothly and the guys were so friendly, we would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Short notice fridge/freezer removal from our fourth floor flat without a lift. Excellent job from Troy & Joe despite many stairs to negotiate. Also moved our replacement fridge/freezer into the flat.

Moving is extremely stressful. We had many changes of completions dates that Loads4less with constant communication and cooperation ensured the move went as smoothly as it could. Cannot fault at all the team who were friendly and very professional. In all their work. Can’t thank them enough for a brilliant team

I needed Richard and his team at 2 days notice,he went on his way home to quote a price for a family who needed an emergency move, loads 4 less operatives were efficient, friendly and professional and I would like to thankyou on behalf of Norwich City Council for their assistance would highly recommend Richard and his team many thanks.

Me and my partner were moving in together this month. Loads4less made that move so much easier. I couldn't get a pro-rata on my old place so I had to move into my partners place on the 12th of August (which was the hottest day of the month so far). Then we moved together into our new place on the 23rd.
Richard in the office was very kind and organized the whole thing so well. Waleed and Troy were friendly and efficient on the ground, taking great care of all those boxes up and down the lift in our old place and up the rather narrow stairs of our new one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving in the Norwich area.

They arrived a bit later through no one’s fault which was good as it gave me extra time to finish up! The boys Willad and Troy were superstars, loved Willad’s ‘can do’ attitude, so positive. Troy had the strength of an ox, getting my American fridge freezer up the stairs without damaging it.
So thank you to Shawn from Taylored storage also in Norwich for recommending Loads4Less. Good call!!
