Bad renewal experience
I renewed online but you never process my renewal.I had to ring you up and had to go to your people to start a new car insurance.I was in cyprus at the time and if I would have been in the UK I would of cancelled it

Staff explained everything.
I had a video call with in Lloyds Bank, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and explained all the levels of home/contents insurance to me, and I was able to make my choice, everything went very smooth,I am very happy with the staff and their knowledge.

Big saving car insurance with Lloyds
Got a renewal letter from my previous insurance company (Tesco) and it was more expensive than the current year. Looked on a comparison site and found that Lloyds Gold Level was nearly £200 cheaper. What a result plus the bonus of them giving 20+ years NCD where Tesco only give 9 years even though I have been driving 55 years without a claim.

I have written this bank multiple times to tell them they are sending information to the WRONG EMAIL. I am getting personal financial information that is NOT MINE. Their client used the wrong email and I CONTINUE to get this person's banking correspondence. POOR SERVICE!!!!!
