I bought a LullaBuddy previously, But I found that it did not match the description when I used it today In particular:
• [It used batteries instead of it was rechargeable]
• [It only allowed peekaboo for few seconds and NOT allowed other modes]
• [The peekaboo function only last for few seconds instead of ninety seconds as described]
The product is therefore materially different from what was advertised on your website and is not as described.

After my complaint, they refused to refund and continue to use the same descriptions in their website to “cheat other potential buyers”.

It is obvious that they admitted the product was different from their advertisement but they were trying to avoid responsibility. I am appalled and angered by their evasiveness, their unreasonable stance, and their complete disregard for basic consumer rights and common decency.

Moreover, their product was shipped from CHINA instead of US.

Received the item very quickly and had a great experience with their customer service and assistance throughout the whole ordering process.

This company makes AI advertising to make it look like their product works great however when you receive the product it looks and works in no way like the ads portray. Then instead of giving you a refund like they claim on their website ("no questions asked refund within 30 days") they will continue to reply with emails on other options besides returning the item. First they offered 20% off instead of returning it, then when I said that is unacceptable they offered 50% off stating that the cost to ship back internationally is so high that I would not get back much more than 50% after paying for shipping if I actually returned the product. Then the last offer was 60% back, as long as I left a 5 star review on this site. Not sure why I would leave a 5 star review for a company that claims that they have a 30 day return policy, just to fight you every step of the way, and also has false advertising to make their products look better.

I did not take the 60% refund and stayed with the 50% refund just so I could warn others of this experience and hopefully save some people the headache and wasted money.

I am so happy that I paid this company around $30 (this is after they sent me back 50%) just to receive a shirt that doesn't fit me and does not do what it is supposed to do.

STOP USING AI GENERATED ADS!!!!!!!

I tried very hard to work with this company on a refund that is guaranteed on their website after receiving a flat product with no incline. The product they sent is supposed to be an inclined baby mat. What I received is completely flat (and really cheap material). Their product images are AI generated. Their website claimed a full 30 day refund guaranteed. They’ll argue with you for weeks (literally) on only refunding a percentage of the purchase price. The company is based in China with a U.S. shell. Definite buyer beware.

Livewell takes cares of their customers should you have any issues with the products they offer.

I ordered a cradle pod and unfortunately it arrived damaged for the baby shower. I contacted Livvewell and they were very helpful and understanding. They gave me full refund since it was within the 30 day warranty. I will continue buying products from this company. One satisfied customer.

Find out way after it was coming from China . The tracking information provided by gofo services was sloppy and uncertain . When they so called dropped off my package I wasn’t expecting it because no time or date was given . So I don’t know if their delivery driver left it there or stole it and just showed a picture it was delivered . I don’t trust them at all . When I reached out to them they said they had to do an investigation . An email was sent but from an email address that basically doesn’t exist . I lost my money . I don’t recommend this company and buyers be aware of scam companies like this one posing as legit companies online looking official.

Above and beyond with old fashioned customer service. One on one even with purchased online. So grateful and will purchase again.

The $200.00. They keep sending the same email over and over. They ask me to contact USPS. I have contacted USPS there is no tracking number or record of receiving the merchandise. I do not recommend this company at all.

I never received my item! I purchased on July 9, 2026 and here it is September 21,2026 and I have emailed them numerous of times. They won’t give me a refund! I told them I would go through my bank to reverse this transaction and now they are going to try and do something about it after they told me in July they were going to do a investigation to see what happened to my items! I’m out $86! This company is a joke! Don’t buy from them!

Great products especially if you have a colicky baby who struggles to settle or battles to sleep without being carried.

Responsive customer service which is nice. Product works well. Its nice that it has a strap so you dont have to worry about baby rolling.

I ordered the cradlepod and the quality was poor. It was not expanding completely as shown on their online page even after 72 hours passed, out of the package. I emailed them for a full refund but the return address is somewhere in United Arab Emirates. When I searched the return address on google, it was an apartment. This was so sketchy. The shipping cost from Canada where I lived to United Arab Emirates is way expensive. I do not guarantee that my shipping cost will get refunded as well. This company is a scam. Only email and no phone number to call if anything like this happened.

Overpriced drop ship items. When I tried to get it cancelled they said they couldnt and I had to wait for it to be delivered to reach out. Took over a month to even come in. After they said to send it back and get a full refund I would have to pay for shipping back to a Dubai apartment complex. Absolutely disgusting how people get away with this shit from AI bots and fake reviews. Dont ever buy from these people as another news article stated some products are also health risks.
