We had an invertor and battery system installed in Oct 2022. It broke (the battery stopped working) in April 2023. It then took until Oct 2023 to be operational again. It broke again (same issue) January 2026. We are now stuck between Livoltek, who badged the system and we have a warranty cert for, and Soltaro, who supplied the unit to our installer and provided the original replacement system board.
System currently not storing energy (6 weeks so far) so cannot recommend as 2nd failure.

Livoltek are a great company, their products have always worked perfectly, look the best on the market and Daniel the technical support manager is always super helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

We had the Livoltek installed last year and since then it's been an excellent solar PV system. We got a 5kw battery included in the install and I highly recommend to include one in your install, if you can but We hope to increase the battery capacity by getting a second one later in the year. The Service by the installer, Pinergy IRL, were efficient and very professional too. A credit to Livoltek sourcing excellent installers. Neat and very accommodating. Livoltek have also been very supportive and responding to any query that we had about the system. I cannot recommend the Livoltek system enough. Like I said, not only is the system excellent, but the after sales support from Livoltek has been nothing short of brilliant, which is what customers want, thank you!!

Our entire experience with Livoltek from their incredibly intuitive App, the fantastic UK based Technical Support to the extensive range of high quality batteries and inverters, has been excellent since day one.

We installed Livoltek 5kW Hybrid inverters and 10kW battery system in Ireland. It is easy to install and they work well, we have had no complain from any customer that have these installed. They work well with optimizers as well and you can put up to 20kW of Battery on the 5kW inverter. We are now testing their Chargers and we will be using their Grid tied inverters in our large solar system. All in all they are very good system and I highly recommend it.

Livoltek is my go to when installing it ticks all the right boxes as a product, price, efficency and style but most important is the tech support. I've been installing them for almost two years now and the support at the end of the phone is second to none. If they don't answer straight away I'll get a call back within the hour from Dan and his patience with not only myself, but explaing to the end user is faultless. Ultimately making my life as an installer easier.
