I created an account and was emailed a discount voucher for my first purchase. This however did not work and no discount was applied. I completed the order anyway ,and true to their word it came on next day delivery. Fantastic I thought. I contacted their customer desk anyway let them know about the discount not working and they applied it for me. So I have since made another purchase with this very transparent and trustworthy supplier .

Excellent customer service
Possibly one of the best customer service experiences that we've had in the past few years. We bought an airzzZ double bed in November 2023, however we discovered it to be faulty in June 2024 after very little use. Very unexpected, but after writing to Livivo, they happily sent out a new one with no quibble. Excellent service, thank you.

Could have caused a house fire
Purchased the Livivo 17L halogen oven on 12th January 2023, so just reaching 18 months of age. 6 months after buying glass bowl spontaneously shattered and was quickly replaced. Few nights ago however much more serious issues. Our smoke alarms were triggered, the kitchen was full of white electrical smelling smoke billowing from the main fan/bulb body of the halogen oven. Power immediately isolated and part taken outside where thick white smoke continued to billow out.This was extremely worrying given it could have resulted in a house fire, not only that but no fuses were tripped either. The item was bought directly from HSI Global limited via your Amazon store, HSI being your parent company. I emailed both Livivo and HSI Global about this serious electrical safety issue. So far I have received no response. Very poor given it cost almost £65.00 one should expect more than 18 months use, one should also expect electrical safety and these imported items won't actually burn your house down.

Air fryer - unexpected present
We have been given the air fryer as a present but there was no instruction manual. I contacted Livivo hoping they could help, a lot of companies seem to ask you to pay for user guides/manuals.
Within the hour I had a PDF of the manual delivered to my e-mail.
Can't fault their customer services.
The fryer looks great and well built. Will now be able to try it.

FAULTY OVEN. NO REPLY
I bought two halogen ovens on the 22/10/2023. One has developed a fault. I've sent an email with proof of purchase to support on the 29th of June and heard nothing back from the company. I guess that they hope we just disappear!! I will never buy from them again
