Great quality books (we use the PDF versions on our computer and tablets, another digital version that works great on our Kindles, and have also invested in a good amount of the printed paper backs). They also have wonderful customer service!!

Prompt and polite replies to emailed questions! It is always a pleasure to deal with a company with exemplary customer service! Beautifully illustrated (or photographed) reproductions of older books that are often hard to find or in poor quality. A beautiful book in the hands of a child leads to incredible things!

The books are beautifully printed. They are all printed as ordered, so they do take a few more days to arrive than ordering from another location, but I think it's well worth it. I get the wonderful old books I've been looking for without having to download and print myself.

Affordable books that are often hard to find especially in its original text. First of all, the books are EXCELLENT!! They have a huge selection of unabridged originals that are hard to find elsewhere with beautiful original illustrations. Next, their customer service is top notch! I had some issues with their website during a sale so I emailed them letting them know. The founder replied immediately and offered to extend the sale offer. Lastly, they offer many free downloads and prices are quite reasonable for the rest, even without the sales. The only negative is that if you are a book lover, you can easily spend much more than anticipated because of all the wonderful stuff the site has to offer! 😆 Temperance!
