It took much longer time than they told me for it to come. And I had to pay to pick it up. I wouldn’t recommend this side if you have to ship it to another country😭

Excellent customer service support. Special shout out to Emily who made sure I was a contented client and continued offering assistance even after conclusion of transaction. Many companies offer attractive products but not all provide superior customer service, especially when it comes to refunds and returns. Great customer service-but you have to pay postage to return an item!
Great product and really helpful customer service. Only down side is having to pay to return an item. As it was my first purchase so I wasn't sure about sizing so ordered a M but needed a L. LLL were great in responding and reordering a replacement but I did have to pay nearly £5 to return the M so making the item more expensive.
