I had high expectations for this cruise and all were easily exceeded! The crew (Cruise Manager Tomi was especially great), the food, the destinations, and the swim stops were all perfect.
This voyage was the perfect vaction!

I booked a Palau Siren trip last year and it was great. We booked a Maldvies Scuba Spa and it has been terrible this year. On July 15th I wrote and asked a reschedule and the same day they got back to me and with a slight fee we could reschedule. Originally we were looking at dates in 2027 and the schedule was not available. 2 weeks ago we can back with March 2026 dates to see on availability. We waited patiently and were being told its taking longer than normal. We had a different person respond each time. The last person didnt even read the file or know what is going on. I wish I had not booked with them. This is painful to reschedule and customer service is terrible.

Nous cherchions une croisière plongée en Egypte et sommes tombés sur LiveAboard.com. Grand choix de croisière à prix correct.
Des amis avaient déjà réservés avec eux et nous l'avaient conseillé. Nous n'avons pas été déçus !
Annonce complète et claire. Après la demande de pré-réservation faite, nous avons été contactés pour nous expliquer comment procéder. Après confirmation de l'opérateur sur place et validation de nos billets d'avion, nous avons versé un acompte puis le solde plus tard.
Excellent suivi et contact relationnel avec les conseillers clientèle (certains sont francophones si besoin). Nous avons été accompagnés par Liveaboard.com jusqu'au bout et ont même demandé un feedback après la croisière. Tarifs clairs et fixes (y compris les locations d'équipement et frais/taxes à payer sur le bateau). Aucune mauvaise surprise au final !
Le bateau et la croisière choisie (Amélie Safari) étaient mieux que sur l'annonce. Bateau au top, équipage au top et plongée superbes.
La prochaine fois on réservera encore par LiveAboard (et le même bateau si on retourne en mer Rouge).

He’s was extremely nice, very confident and dedicated to his job, did everything he could to make our experience the best ever. He made us special meals and took us to amazing diving spots. I have just returned from a week on ScubaSpa which I chose as the experience for my 80th birthday! This is my third trip with the company, because it never fails to deliver. What surprised me was how many return guests there were - the boat was literally crawling with them! You can get no better recommendation than guests who return and promote the company on your behalf. It's well deserved

FRAUDE: Empezando por una oferta (fraudulenta) que tenían publicada al 50% y que a las 48 h de recibir la confirmación de dicha reserva, nos avisan que el precio que tenían anunciado en su web y por el que hemos hecho la reserva es falso y aumenta el precio a un 40% de descuento. Eso es sencillamente, intolerable!(e ilegal). Y aunque se intenten lavar las manos con que está en sus términos y condiciones, no me queda claro que no se trate de una claúsula abusiva .

PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE: Por otro lado, el servicio de atención al cliente ha tardado 12 días en comunicarse con nosotros de manera medianamente eficiente (que no suficiente). Hasta entonces, básicamente ha consistido en silencio. Y si demandábamos alguna actualización, se lavaban de nuevo las manos diciendo que lo hablarían con su management team y con el operador... sin recibir jamás ninguna respuesta concisa al respecto.

Habíamos pedido ex profeso en nuestras empresas esos días de vacaciones para ese determinado viajes y han arruinado nuestras vacaciones por su oferta fraudulenta y por la desidia y pésima atención al cliente.

Luego nos han ofrecido 85€ de "compensación", que como entenderán, no compensan ni por asomo, lo que han hecho con nuestras vacaciones. Parece más bien una tomadura de pelo y una ofensa.

Nos hemos sentido completamente engañados, estafados y abandonados.

Todo esto es aparte del anterior viaje que hicimos con Uds... que trabajan con un operador pirata en el Mar Rojo que sólo mira por el dinero y, a pesar de mi review sobre la estabilidad del Sea Story, desafortunadamente, se saldó en Noviembre del año pasado con la vida de 11 personas, que claro eso a ustedes, una vez cobrado el dinero, les da igual.

Por favor, si valoran en algo su vida, si seguridad y la responsabilidad profesional, no reserven jamás en esta empresa un viaje! 🙏

Excellent customer support. There was a bit of a mix up with my booking. I called, and got through to a real person straight away. She was really friendly, and the issue was sorted immediately. It was really nice to know there were real people working in the background. I would recommend booking via live aboard.com, and can’t wait to book my next trip.

Liveaboard.com starts with a well designed website that makes choosing your destination and boat easy! The follow up emails and communications are complete and clear. They think of and send everything from travel itineraries to what to pack and even suggested tipping amounts. There were never any surprises. They make planning the trip easy and take away any uncertainty. Just got back from one Liveaboard.com trip and now we have already booked our next vacation through their website!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo prenotato con Liveaboard una crociera sub alle Maldive ad agosto sulla Nautilus Two. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Veloci nelle risposte via mail e all'occorrenza anche per telefono con operatore in italiano. Seri veloci e professiinali insomma tutto molto semplice. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ich habe nun schon zum zweiten Mal versucht über LiveAboard.com zu buchen und erst danach erfahren, dass die ausgewählten Termine gar nicht verfügbar sind. Statt einer verbindlichen Bestätigung bekommt man nur die Option, sich auf eine Warteliste setzen zu lassen – verbunden mit dem Hinweis, dass sich Reisedauer, Preis und weitere Details in dieser Zeit jederzeit ändern können.

Das empfinde ich als ziemlich dreist: Man bucht in gutem Glauben, erhält eine Bestätigung und muss dann feststellen, dass alles nur „unter Vorbehalt“ war. Für eine seriöse Reiseplanung ist das untragbar.

Ich hoffe dringend, dass LiveAboard.com seine Prozesse verbessert und künftig nur tatsächlich verfügbare Daten auf der Website anzeigt. Solange das nicht geschieht, bleibt die Seite für mich nicht vertrauenswürdig.

This was my first time booking a diving boat and LiveAboard was very helpful and I liked the 24/7 access. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The website made it very easy to compare options for my trip to the Galápagos and find the right boat for me. Loved being able to read the reviews. And then booking the trip through liveaboard.com was a great choice. Their customer service always responded quickly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Would recommend.

The service and 24/7 support of LiveAboard is superb! This amazing kind of service is hard to find these days.

When we booked our journey, liveaboard.com advertised that there were only two berths available on our dates in a twin room. Shortly after our booking, we were surprised to notice that there were still just two berths available on those date on their website. Strangely, other booking websites showed more berths, including ones of a higher standard at the same price and with a double bed, which as a couple we would have preferred. In other words, they used a deceptive marketing practice to create the impression of demand pressure to drive decision making, which meant that we didn't get the cabin we would have preferred despite it being available. That kind of thinking and disrespect to their customers was present in every part of interaction, with poor communication throughout and absolute no response to several questions. They were very quick to take our money but provided zero extra value afterwards. PADI provides a far better service without treating customers like fools.
