But then they activated it for me that's why I'm giving a second star

Ordered Bitdefender Activation code arrived but would not work!! (Wrong Region) I am in UK.
so asked for a refund and purchased elsewhere.
22/12/24 Recieved actvation key 24hrs after payment so fast service. But Code would not work. i ten recieved a email saying i have to download some extra software(VPN?) and connect to an Indian Server.
To Actvate the bitdefender code Which sounds dodgy Eh!!
Requested refund 3 times but they will not refund me as it was a Electronic delivery.
P.S I never read all of the refund T&C lesson Leaernt

This is a legitimate company. Customer service and communication excellent. I had an activation problem and their support sorted it out within half an hour. They are not scammers, they are a genuine company with their customer's interest at heart. Reviewers must not write bad reviews because they don't understand VPN connectivity. This company deserves ten stars!!
