Hello I ordered some meds and there was confidential info about these meds which may have leaked
I am very upset . I only got one of the three products i ordered wrapped in pink paper the capsules and in a sepparate package . I got an email from you saying someone signed for it . but i only got one product and there's an issue of breach of privacy so really not satisfied . Please get back to me about the missing products 2 of them

We shipped your product in a discrete package using Royal Mail signature service to ensure that you receive it. The delivery staff got a signature from someone who was at your address and was happy to receive the package on your behalf. He passed the parcel onto you. There is nothing on the package that explain the content of it and there was no instruction to anonymise the package completely. We do not see how this is the breach of medical information.
As for the 'missing products', we asked for some information to verify the content of the package you received. We did not receive any evidence of products missing. However, we did offer to send you the replacement anyway taking your words.

During the night all the gel is splilled out.

Over the past four years, two customers told us that the consistency of the gel was loose in their views. We shared the feedback with the manufacturer and they reassured that there is enough dose in the tube and that they would review the viscosity of the product. Waste of money. Made me feel sore and unwell.
I feel swollen and sore inside and nauseous after using this product. I thought it might be me just getting used to it but after using it for 4 days it's just got worse and worse. Feel red raw now. It's expensive. A complete waste of hard earned money.
