The customer service is severely lacking. My order was cancelled and I missed out on the original products I wanted. They claim I was flagged for fraud and placed the blame on my payment information however I was able to place another order(for different items) with the exact same payment information. I originally reached out expecting a sincere apology and instead got essentially “sounds like you resolved the problem, why are you complaining”.
All of the emails sound AI generated or copied and pasted from a script. They aren’t even signed by an individual.
Additionally, the quality has seemly gone down. Each pair of pajamas I order seems thinner than the last.

If I could give a zero I would. We have purchased alot from this company and all of a sudden they have blocked our entire family for purchasing anything. They blame it on our cards, however we have tried over 10 different credit cards across our family and they just continue to cancel our orders. Now I feel like it is discrimination against our family.

If I could give this company a 0 Star I would. I have ordered from them in the past but this was the icing on the cake. They dropped a collection today at 11:55AM. I checked out and purchased my items at 11:55AM on the dot exactly when they dropped it. Clearly they allowed more to buy than what was in stock because after I purchased I received a confirmation email and order number and was charged and everything. Then 2 hours later I receive a email that they refunded me and cancelled my order. So I emailed them, messaged their chat and everything. I got no response so I took it to Facebook and when I started posting about it… THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. My sister in law went on there to help me and they ended up suspending their account… AND THEN they went into their system and canceled any ones order related to me/ helping me. They canceled my mother in law and my sister in laws order. When asked why they said “it flagged fraud but they can’t prove it due to their policies” LOL this company is ran by a childish person with ego/ anger the size of their overpriced CRAP! Do not buy from them!! Instead of being honest as to why they cancelled my order they started being petty and deceitful. I will be shopping elsewhere now.

They have tried to cover their butts by saying my purchases were "Fraud" (Mind you I have ordered from them before and I also used my SHOP PAY account which I have never ever had a problem with) - there are numerous reviews just like mine that have mysteriously been "fraud" or even deleted to keep their shady business going.... All they had to do was admit that they allowed too many orders for what they had in stock but instead they blocked me on FB, blocked my SIL, blocked my MIL and have suspended all of our accounts due to "fraud" My SIL and MIL have purchased from them multiple multiple times - I also reached out to SHOPIFY directly and they said my purchase did not flag fraud on their end... and that if a company did get a fraud alert they are able to reach out and ask before cancelling... They are 1000% using the fraud excuse to cover it up... Like I said I will be ordering from other places... Posh Peanut is great, Charlies project has the cutest bamboo outfits and the price is much less! Its sad its gotten to this point.... I hope anyone who is thinking about ordering from them goes another way.

Zero customer service. If you need help with something Little Sleepies just does not respond or have reps at all apparently. I trued emailing 3 dufferent times over a month. Terrible to spend a good amount of money and need to swap a few sizes and not be able to get anyone to contact you back. When all items were originally purchased only a couple were market final sale on they're site. When I tried to return a few items all my items were all of the sudden showing up as final sale on my order and return item page and the system would not allow for exchange or return. Definitely sketchy, and nobody to discuss this with. Products themselves are just ok, not worth the hassle. There are other bamboo soft pj companies online that are better quality and much better customer service. Go somewhere else!

While I've ordered these before and my granddaughters really love them, their order fulfillment and shipping process is atrociously slow, thus the two star rating. Product is great but service is abysmal.

Horrible first time experience. Ordered two items for my newborn for Christmas. They never arrived, but I got an email saying they were delivered. I contacted customer service. They said they’d make a one time exception and replace my order. But the items I ordered were out of stock. So I asked for a full refund instead. They said unfortunately once the carrier marks the package as delivered, there’s nothing they can do. They’d only offer me store credit as a “one time courtesy.” What kind of company treats new customers this way? Why would I lie about never receiving a $45 package? I will absolutely never shop here ever again. I wouldn’t do it either unless you hope to get screwed over.

Products are okay very soft and stretchy and if they last will fit for a long time. Consistency in the material and sizing varies, some feel paper thin and those do rip very easily, some feel thicker and have lasted. The size of the wrist and leg holes very as well, on the same size, some are very tight and some are more comfortable for my son. My main issue with this company is their shipping. Since May I’ve ordered from them a total of 8 times and half of them I’ve need to contact them because they never arrived. They have replaced them or refunded me, but the popularity of the products may result in you not actually receiving your order. Shop with caution.

This is the second time I have purchased from Little Sleepies. My recent purchase had a tiny hole in it. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement. The customer service was quick and went above and beyond. I will continue to purchase and recommend this brand to others.

I was sent a defective item and attempted to contact customer service via both phone and email almost every day for a week and a half. I unfortunately did not hear back and little sleepies has since lost my business. If you're going to spend money on high-quality bamboo pajamas, definitely go elsewhere. It is not worth your time, effort and hard earned money when their customer service doesn't have the decency to even return a phone call or email. Your business is not important to them and I will be making sure all my friends and family know this.

At first I loved my little sleepies, affordable and adorable. However, the ethics of the company concern me enough to never buy again. During one of their design complain a few designs were made to reflect religious beliefs. Those posts at the comments turned off immediately. None of the posts had the comments turned off. For a company that claims to believe in equality, this was very disappointing. I will no longer be purchasing from little sleepies.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing – Perfect for the Whole Family!

I can’t say enough good things about Little Sleepies PJs! A friend highly recommended them, and we’re so glad we gave them a try. We managed to get our whole family matching sets, ranging from our 1-year-old to our 14-year-old, and the quality is beyond amazing. The fabric is soft, super stretchy, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for both sleep and lounging around.

The best part is the sizing is generous, meaning the kids (and adults!) get plenty of wear out of them. We absolutely love matching as a family, and even our teenage boys enjoy wearing them, which says a lot!

We ordered from the USA as we couldn’t find any company like this in England, and it was well worth

Poor customer service! I ordered many times before, been their customer for several times a year. Orders took a long time to arrive but I did not complained. This time, the order was not delivered even though I got email notification that my order has been delivered. Nothing in my mailbox or by my front door ( I have a ring camera, no delivery was made). I emailed little sleepies customer service, they assured me that they will be contacting the carrier and will resolve the situation. Few days went by, no package, no refund! I emailed them again, they informed me that package is probably lost and they can not resolve the situation. No refund and no items are ordered! Will not be ordering from them again! Calling my credit card to dispute this awful little sleepies customer service issue!

I used to be a fan of Little Sleepies as they had cute prints and I spent $$$ on a lot of orders. I finally reached out to their customer service team about one order (asking to swap an item that I gave as a Christmas gift to a larger size even though it was past their 30 days and I admit I did purchase it awhile back because it had been a gift. The item was still in stock). I wasn’t asking for a refund… I wasn’t asking for money back. When I’ve literally spend thousands with a company and never a return (so this was my first outreach), asked to make this size swap as the item was unworn, with tags and still in stock. No go. They recommended to us to try and sell it on one of the reseller websites. This request, even though outside of their normal T&Cs, would cost them nothing but would create a customer for life or validate their customer relationship as again, I’ve spent a lot of money with them and this was my first and only request. I’ve worked in customer service for decades and there is a threshold you as a company make a decision of, “Do I allow this one time exception for the customer relationship/to provide a delightful experience or do I treat it a customer like a number as these are the rules?” They want to be a premium brand but lack the premium brand customer experience.

Terrible customer service. Even worse shipping. Ordered on November 29, the order wasn’t shipped until 10 days later on Dec 9. The ordered won’t be delivered until December 27th, missing Christmas which is the whole reason for the order. I would 100% not recommend this company.

I purchased Christmas pajamas from Little Sleepies last season, and after wearing them for only two months last year and once this season, I discovered a random hole on the side—not near the seam, just in the fabric. I reached out to customer service hoping for a resolution, but they were completely uninterested and offered no assistance. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a product that doesn't hold up and to receive such poor customer service. Definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

Beware: Little Sleepies will not tolerate any public criticism, constructive or otherwise.

If you are a black-Friday-style shopper, this brand is for you. They hype new “drops” and folks literally stop work and pull over their cars and madly try to spend hundreds (some thousands) of dollars in the three minutes their preferred sizes are showing on the website, with items disappearing from your cart *while* you are trying to buy them. This is during the early access offered to people in their VIP social media group, mind you. Regular folks don’t stand a chance on the popular print releases.

I love the actual product little sleepies makes but absolutely loathe their perpetual Black Friday business model. I usually buy “signature” print items because they are generally kept in stock as opposed to the “limited edition” ones they hype and throw to the crowds in small quantities to create a frenzy.

In my experience (as a working single parent who ALWAYS has scheduled meetings during drops), trying to buy a limited edition item - especially the ones everyone wants - is an exercise in frustration.

To top it off, there are no item purchase quantity limits on their website. This means scammers can come in, buy 50 sets of a hot item and immediately hawk it for 2-3x the price on private platforms. You can better, Little Sleepies.

And constructive criticism - especially from a longtime customer - is legitimate. Your social media team is deleting reviews and “warning” customers if they voice anything but the review you want.

I ordered a pasta pajama set in sizes 3 and 5.
I was sent a confirmation for a unicorn set in sizes 4 and 18-24 months.
REALLY???

This company is great. Cute prints, well designed clothes, great fabric, and fantastic customer service. I have made several orders through them and they always arrive well packaged, quickly, and with a little coupon for a discount on the next purchase. Nothing says customer appreciation like a discount code.

My baby is in the 97th percentile for length and still fits in the 3/6 month size. The fabric is so light and stretchy that it accommodates kids longer without making them look like adorable little stuffed sausages.

I have also bought some adult sized pajamas and WOW they are comfortable.

I just love doing business with a company that knows and appreciates its consumer base while handling the transactions it receives in a professional and timely manner.
