THIS WOMAN IS A SCAMMER NEVER SEND HER MONEY OR SIGN UP FOR CLASSES!!! SHE SHOULD RECEIVE 0 STARS.

Bought a special needle from Chan'nel, who took my money and than never send it, or responded, even blocked me. She is clearly a SCAM ARTIST, at who I now need to take official steps to. Don't trust her, of anything she sells.

SCAM!!!!

I purchased a course where Nel (the owner) never showed up. After texting her she told me she is getting divorced and therefore she did not come. I should have received a "change date" email, NEVER HAPPENED. After 1 week of being ghosted by email and facebook; I asked or a refund, I haven't even received a response yet. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY COURSES IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RISK LOSING MONEY.

I have bought tickets for a session in January and the event got cancelled a day before. After follow ups, it got rescheduled, then got cancelled again but on the same day, and then rescheduled again. I went to the class and noone was there. I tried to call but the owner did not take the phone. I sent several emails to her and I did not get any answer, I was totally ghosted by the owner /organizer.
Now it is the end of march and a week ago the owner promised to a friend of mine to refund me, but I still did not get my money back. She is very active on Facebook, but doesn't care about its customers, just to fish more in. This is my experience based on their behavior. They are acting against their rules written on their own website.

I booked a session in November and was supposed to attend it in January it has been cancelled 1 hour before ( whoaaw) due to "corona" and since I've sent 1 sms, try to call, wrote 2 mails , and nothing !! What a scam !! Do not spend your money on it !

This business does not respond regarding change or cancellation requests, does not answer emails or fb messages and does not issue refunds where due.

Instead, automated messages are sent assuring the customer that their message will be responded to within a matter of days. (This, of course, never happened.)

The content of their automated messages was updated several times over the course of several weeks. The owner of the Facebook page also took the time to write on the Facebook page repeatedly about personal issues which is all well and good... but I have in 2 months of trying to reach them not heard back regarding my initial change request and now refund. (Which is quite astonishing to me, if this is a genuine business but after looking at other reviews, this seems like a pattern.)

I'm very disappointed about the lack of customer service and professionalism exhibited by Little Pink Maker. I have received no communication whatsoever after having paid for a workshop and tried cancelling or changing it weeks prior to the event. The event I was supposed to be attending was supposed to be treat and brief break for me from new mom life and has instead been a waste of money and time.

So I booked a session with them LAST YEAR and due to the corona restrictions they have postponed it. And when they finally opened again they had the workshop on weekdays during work hours which is almost impossible to attend (the original workshop was during the weekend!). And when I asked them what are my options and if there's a way to do another workshop they have totally ghosted me. I have email, called, messaged on facebook but no one would respond. Nothing. Zero communication. What a freakin waste of money.
