Ordered 3 weeks ago. Not had any response. Tried online chat, email (which bounced back), tried calling and whatsapp message but all no engagement. Payment taken but poor communication. Even paid extra for 1-2 day delivery.

I actually don’t understand how you would pay for special delivery that they said would take 1-2 working days to deliver and it’s more than a week now no update whatsoever! It’s really frustrating and disappointing - that was supposed to an outfit for my child’s birthday celebration!
No means of communicating with them. And now this salt to the injury - asking me to rate my experience when the order is yet to be delivered

No items, no refund, no reply to complaints. It’s a scam

My wife ordered a shirt for my boy. Item has still not arrived, she has tried to contact the company on the phone which does not connect and email which says it’s undeliverable. I would not use this company ever again, as what they have done is pretty much theft.

Brilliant service and lovely products

I ordered an item and paid extra for express delivery. Still waiting for this item to be dispatched 7 days later. I have been in contact twice with no answer. I no longer need the item and would like a refund ASAP. I appreciate these things happen, but there is there is no excuse for poor communication.

Items not received and no communication from the company.
Do not buy from this company!

I have not received my order. How can you possibly ask me what how you did when I haven't got my products.

Never arrived

I have tried multiple times to contact this company to see where my order is. No reply and no order but they have my money! AVOID

I ordered and item on October 14th for a school production and never received it. After reading that the company suffered a flood and would not be up running again until at least the end of August, I have emailed and and called a few times and left messages. The website say's to What's App and I have done that too but still nothing. Buy with the utmost of caution as the other recent reviews are saying the same!

Ordered a week ago. Still not dispatched and no reply to emails.

Update- amended to 3 star as I finally did get a reply from the company and received almost the item I wanted. Seems like the business is struggling right now which is a shame as the products are good quality for the price.

Numerous emails sent to the company. No replies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE, BEEN WAITING TWO WEEKS. THEY HAVENT EVEN DISPATCH IT, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS DELIVERY 3-5 DAYS.THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY EMAILS NOR MESSAGES. THEY'VE TAKEN THE MONEY OUT MY BANK. NO ITEM NO REFUND, DISGUSTING.

I still don’t have my order and nobody has responded to me email for weeks

Excellent customer service - needed the clothes within a few days, easily contactable by phone with quick responses. The parcel was sent by special delivery at no extra cost to ensure it arrived on time. The website doesn't reflect what is actually in stock - updating this would definitely save some hassle. The clothes are lovely - really well made and look very smart. I would definitely shop here again.
