Great customer service
Great customer service, easy to put a list together though I misunderstood how custom items worked on the website, thought that it would be purchased by littlelist and shipped with rest of gifts. There were delays on some of the items and overall the selection could be wider but generally happy with the experience and items. One thing I would say is the boxes the items get shipped in are way too big for the items, seems a waste of cardboard and filler paper!

As for the custom products, I am so sorry to hear that there was a little confusion here, as we aren't affiliated with all brands our lovely customers wish to add, this is the best way to ensure that you are still able to secure all the items you hope to have for baby!
While we do wish to ensure that our items arrive in the safest way possible, we agree that only the relevant amount of packaging should be used, especially for smaller items and so will of course feed this back to our warehouse team.

Easy to use and so helpful
Really easy to use the service to make my baby wishlist, and the communication from the LittleList team at every stage has been great. My friends/family found it easy to navigate and it was reassuring to know that people were confident in what I wanted! I have also found their weekly emails really helpful, with practical advice and tips for pregnancy and the fourth trimester. Great all around!

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, my daughter was born 11 weeks early and they was very understanding of my circumstances and got my gifts out to me earlier than expected. I also found this so much easier to have a list of things we needed to send to all friends and family and they could all be purchased in one place rather than figuring out who was buying what. Very friendly customer service too!!

Amazing service and great selection!
Working with Little List has been a stress free and wonderful experience! As a first time parent, it is hard to tell where to start with everything - we didn't want too much more than what we needed... but didn't even know what we needed! And, of course, we wanted to make sure everything worked for our lifestyle and fit our aesthetic. Added to that, my husband and I are both expats so navigating the UK terms for items I'm familiar with having a different name was intimidating! However, from the start when I had m ly first consultation with Emily, I was completely at ease. I think there is a great assortment to choose from but if they don't stock something you're still able to add externally. Throughout this experience, we kept in touch on how my gifts were coming in, answering questions and offering alternatives (in my case something I wanted discontinued so an alternative was found off their platform!). My family abroad in the US and in my husband's case Sweden, were able to easily purchase items with no issue on international payments. Scheduling for and the delivery of our first batch of items was so easy as well! I can't wait for more things to come, and if we ever have another, we know where to go! Thanks so much to Little List, especially Emily, for keeping this aspect of being a new mama stress-free!

Strong communication, some items were out of stock but the team communicated that quickly and supplied replacements or solutions very swiftly. When we wanted items that were available, they shipped them right away without waiting for others to come into stock so that they weren't delayed!

Fantastic service for getting ready for baby
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our new baby coming is so exciting and obviously everyone else is excited too - but the thought of having to manually manage a gift list among various family members and friends was filling me with dread. You don't need the extra stress - pregnancy is difficult enough! Well Little List came to the rescue - it allowed us to collate what we wanted to buy for baby and also suggest gift options for family and friends. You can set things to private only (so only you as parents can see it) or to public - the public settings let you select the option to purchas a gift outright, requesting pre-loved items or for larger priced items to be contributed to as a group gift. This gives so much flexibility to other people. They can gift items, contribute towards them, recycle their own things, or you can just purchase things yourselves - and best of all it minimises the risk of duplicates! You can update the list live - so add new items or take things off if you change your mind. Basically it did everything we needed. The list of partner brands is really extensive and there is definitely something for everyone.
The customer service from the Baby Brains has been above and beyond fantastic - super friendly and helpful and they've really made this a great experience.
Our delivery was made today all in one go, with clear delivery details shared, and I can't wait for baby to be here now to get to use the products.
I would 150% recommend this service to anyone expecting a baby and wanting to set up a baby registry - or even just to keep on top of your own wishes.

Easy and convienient
Little List was such a great website for my baby shower registry. It made it super super easy for me to pick what I wanted but also gave my friends and family the easy opportunity to gift me things without having to guess or risk purchasing double!
It is also a great website for family and friends who live abroad as they can get it sent to your house and therefore they dont have to worry about where it should be sent to!
I had a call and constant contact with Amelia who was extremely helpful throughout the process, she helped with making changes and also helped push my delivery closer as the baby was due sooner that the original delivery!
Overall I would highly recommend Little List!!

The team at LittleList have been absolutely amazing over the past months 😊 Not only is the site user friendly but the option to include items in your registry from other websites is great too. The only downfall is the gifts listed on other sites can only be ordered after withdrawing contributions from family and friends but no biggie. I landed up changing my mind with a few gifts so benefited from the flexibility.

Fab customer service!
Very pleasantly surprised by fab customer service on two occasions when using Little List for my baby shower gifts, once when I requested a certain courier and another where I requested a last minute change to an order to enable my delivery to come sooner. Both occasions I had a response on the same working day and my babies gifts very promptly after! I would certainly recommend the company to friends and family in future!

What a fantastic company!
My experience with the Little List company was flawless. Their website is easy to use, they have beautiful products to choose from and deliveries were seamless. What stood out for me the most was their communication throughout, particularly Anna. If I had any issues or queries Anna was very quick to respond and help me in anyway that she could.
