I ordered a sample. Payment was easy and straightforward. Sample arrived promptly. No problems.

Being able to buy bigger pieces of their samples is a great idea as you can actually see how the different ones work with your surroundings they are required for. I could not find the exact colours I was looking for and emailed Lite Stone to ask if they could tell me the colour that was a picture in one of their advertising leaflets. They replied very quickly and I now have the colour I was looking for. Very satisfied customer

I have a reasonably large [5m x 6m] feature wall to decorate and spoke to Ryan for advice before deciding on the Black Line tile. The goods arrived on the date promised and were well packed on a pallet.

For the first tile I applied the Lite Stone cartridge adhesive to the back of it and used a notched spreader (from Lite Stone) to even-out the adhesive layer. Although the tile - 1220mm x 610mm - is very light and easy to handle, once adhesive is applied the tile flexed more than I felt comfortable with - as I was installing single-handedly.

So, for the subsequent tiles I applied adhesive directly to the wall, masking off the tile edges in order to minimise clean-off & staining. This technique worked very well.

Around the window reveal I sanded-flat the wall facing tile flush to the wall edge and then applied the window reveal tile with a slight overhang. I sanded this overhang flat to the edge of the wall-facing tile. The finish looks seamless.

The tiles are easy to size. I used a circular saw with a laminate blade for the majority of cuts and a Bahco PrizeCut hand saw for smaller cuts. Rough sanding was done with 80 grit Mirka sandpaper and then finished with 180 grit Oakley sandpaper. Cleaning the adhesive from tools, tiles and hands was done with Big Wipes "Scrub & Clean", followed by a wash-down with water. All tile edges were masked-off using yellow Frog Tape. I used a rubber tilers float to tamp-down the tiles.

I am halfway through the job and will post an update once the room refurbishment has been completed (Easter 2026). However up to now I have been very impressed with the quality and look of the tiles. Appearance-wise they have exceed my expectations.

The sample panels are sized to go through your letterbox. They are all unique samples to give a good idea before buying a larger amount for you desired project.

We have beem looking for a cool and unusual splashback for ages. Qhen we stumbled across Litestone I became fixated on some kind of back-lit idea using the translucent autumn leaf design but, I didnt have the depth.

I ordered some samples, including the copper, and loved them all. But the copper was stunning, only it came in small sheets ajd I really wanted just one piece.

As most things go in our house, we spent 3 months deliberating about what we like. I went back to the website and boom! The Copper was available as a large sheet. Ordered it straight away.

Soon after I placed my order I got a phone call to tell me the product was in stock and would be shipped quicker than expected. Had a chat about how to handle the product and how to unroll it etc etc.

When I received the roll, I followed the instructions. For sure, it takes some patients and time but, I laid it outside in the sun and let it start to do it's own thing. It was a hot day so it really helped. I also used a heat gun. After a few hours I had a flat sheet of copper that looked absolutely gorgeous.

I trimmed the sheet with a dremmel. I don't know if I'd do it that way again but it did work. I reckon a metal jigsaw probably would have done the job nicely.

Anyway, it's on the wall and we absolutely love it. Haven't worked out how to use the off cuts yet. Very much considering cladding our extension with something similar... once we've saved up.

The quality is good, however the sheets are very thin.

So impressed with our copper splash back ,delivered on time , ordered two as was unsure of the measurements, returned one with ease and refunded back within a couple of days. Would highly recommend.

You sent me two completely different colours/ finishes, I know they are all hand finished but they were so completely different they were unacceptable, unfortunately my contractor had already cut them so understandably you didn’t want to replace them but my complaint was just brushed off without any consideration for myself as a customer. I gave you a five star rating when I bought from you before but your attitude to my concerns was awful.

Good communications and relatively fast delivery. The problem is with how they sell the panels. I ordered three 122 x 62cm translucent panels for one wall expecting them to arrive with different patterns. However, they were all exactly the same making the backlit wall look a bit strange to say the least.

They did what they said they would do. I received the samples promptly. I have to say the stone veneer looks very good

Arrived earlier than expected so in plenty of time for requirements. , good quality product. Not used for original purpose, but will use for another project.

We used Lite Stone to supply a large sheet of translucent slate and lighting kit. The result was fantastic the slate looks great during the day with the light off and even better when the light is turned on. I had lots of questions that Lite Stone assisted me with during the project. Great service and great product.

Having stumbled across the Copper veneer sheets from Lite-Stone with a google search I thought I had found just what I was looking for - I ordered a sample to ensure that the product was as good as it looked in the images online.
It was so different to anything we had seen before and confirmed to me that this was exactly what we needed. after a brief conversation with Ryan regarding installation I was happy to place an order.
Within a few days 10 sheets of veneer were delivered on vey good packaging.
I then applied 2 coats of epoxy resin to the top surface before our kitchen installer fitted them to the wall.
The result is we really have something a little different that looks incredibly expensive, but really was not in comparison to any other splashback.
