Lisa has been a godsend!
I had my gallbladder removed and also have NAFLD and continued to gain weight and feel HORRIBLE. Every doctor I saw told me to “lose weight and be better disciplined” all while looking down their noses at me when I didn’t lose any weight. I resorted to seeing a dietician and she gave me a 900 calorie/day diet to follow. Something inside of me said no. My family doc tried putting me on a weight loss prescription (which my cardiologist said ABSOLUTELY NOT to). Simply put, my body needed an approach to lose weight that none of them gave me.
Be careful out there in the doctor world. There is great info that they do not even know about or care to support. Listen to your gut!
