Wish I had read the reviews before booking! I booked for a drop off at Terminal 3 and was booked in for Terminal 2 but wasn't able to change it! Gave them the requested 30 min call and was told to call back on arrival and then had to wait 15 mins for them to actually arrive! However they did drop the car back to Terminal 3 on arrival.
Was not told that I would be required to pay the car park fee - which added an additional £19 to the booking cost!
Would rank this customer service as a big fat zero
Hidden additional fees!!
I had already paid £88 to Lion Parking for the fortnight (not a bad price) but then had to pay an additional £7.50 parking fee when I dropped my car off AND again when I picked it up- and this was not made clear when I booked! The service was OK otherwise- I didn't have to wait long for the driver, but they really should warn of these extra fees when you book (I might have selected a different option had I known!)
What a shower of s#%t this meet and greet firm are
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! Absolutely the WORST meet and great services I have ever come across….30 minutes late on collection, 30 minutes late and wrong terminal upon return…..can’t understand basic English….repeated a very simple private reg number 6 times!!! Plus extra charges……shower of s#%t will never use them again!!!
Dishonest abusers
Had to wait nearly 30mins for them to pick up the car despite giving them the 30mins heads up as requested, this added for the stealth parking charge of £11!
They had used my car four times prior to parking to clearly run staff around to move cars, the tracker can prove this.
Car returned and drivers window had been left open(my car app can prove this) during our trip as condensation streaks down the inside of the windscreen which has never been there before!
To top it off the car stank of a McDonald’s takeaway as the rubbish from their operator had left it inside the car.
And the icing, they stole my £1 coin I use for shopping trolley!

I should have read this review before booking this company. I had to wait for over 30 mins for my car to be collected and also waited over an hour for them to return my key as I was standing in the cold at Terminal 5. I called the office and the idiot was so rude and asking me questions I couldn't answer. He said if I can't answer him then I should forget about collecting my key. I called and called and was going to call the police to intervene as they refused to pick my calls. I also called the driver that collected the car initially and he said he is at home eating. What a joke...This company are not professionals. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

I am in the proces of taking legal action as they are refusing to answer my emails!!
I have proof that my car was being driven without my authority the day prior to my collection.
The total journey to park was 5.5 miles, it was over 35 on the return journey, I have a tracker and have photos of the journeys
The score came up as a warning twice during that time for excessive acceleration and breaking.
My dealership fitted Dashcam had been disconnected without my permission.
Bunch of cowboys, avoid at all costs and yes the parking fees are well hidden at time of booking!!!
A dreadful experience
A dreadful experience. As mentioned elsewhere the pricing is misleading because you have to pay parking charges. Even worse was the 1 hr 20 min wait for the car and constant promises that it would be there soon.
Really bad experience
Really bad experience, my car was damaged and I have emailed so many times and no response at all.
They arrived 28 min late.
Not sure how to deal with this.
Please do not use Lion parking.

Can't understand the bad reviews. My terminal 4 experience was fantastic. Drop off and pick up were faultless. Car in good condition. 18 miles additional on clock which is acceptable. Drivers were polite

Dreadful service. Sly pricing means that they don't tell you that the cost of the parking is charged in addition to the fee. Drop off and pickup service really slow and clunky. Would go with an off site shuttle bus provider every time instead of these cowboys

Just to add to my previous comment below.....This morning I was ( trying to ) clean the mud off our car's carpets and underneath the front passenger seat found a mouldy, half-eaten, onion bhaji. Needless to say I won't be using Lion again - which is a shame because the collection / return of our car was faultless, but they can't be trusted....

Changed the date of pick-up (one day earlier) . Gave my flight number and terminal, which were both confirmed.
On arrival I was at first told they'd lost my car as it wasn't in the system. Then they supposedly found it but now I'm waiting for 2+ hours for them to call me back. They refuse to give me an estimated time by when I can expect the car. When I called them after an hour they just repeated the same, refuse to give me an estimated time and hung up on me. I'm currently debating how long I'm going to wait before I call the police. I don't know if they just have awful customer service or whether they're playing with me and they don't actually have my car.

I had really good experience with them recently, so was very surprised to find that they have quite few negative reviews.
Anyway, in my case everything was smooth, on time and professional.
Driver was very kind and helpful.
Car arrived as soon as we have reached level 4 parking.

All seemed reasonable until a week after picking our car up we received an Emissions Charge through the post. The charge was for the day before we arrived back in the country!!!!! A lovely picture showing some Whopper driving our car. I tried and tried to contact Lion Parking and EZYbook who we used as a broker. Neither have replied. Neither are interested. The contact mobile we were given when picking the car up told me it was nothing to do with them and it was 'MY OWN FAULT' and 'DON'T BOTHER RINGING THIS NUMBER AGAIN'
This company is a fraud. I wish we had looked at these reviews when booking.

They scratched my car before they returned it to me and, did not respond to my complaint despite their giving me their customer service email.
I think they are irresponsible and dishonest and should not be operating.
They can improve by being honest and at least respond to incidents and complaints.

Do not use this company!! We had to wait almost 2 hours to get our car back despite calling them over six times. A few weeks after we got home we received a penalty charge, it clearly shows they had the car at the time, was not in our possession and we have just had to pay £180 fine!!!! Stay away!

Don't use, absolutely crap company sent an email and had no reply for some sort of compensation.
Car arrived 3hrs late on my return and looked like they had used the car as a runabout, carpets on both passagers and drivers side caked with mud.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We booked through 'Go Compare your Parking' and nievely trusted them. They offer a poor service, park your car off site - we had a tyre slashed.. which I found out only when I rang them for collection. I had to sort RAC call out and replace tyre at £200! before they could come and collect us... Use a well know company or book on site parking.. not worth the stress! SO DISAPPOINTED.
