Beautiful shoes, very happy!
Bought a couple of pairs of sandals for holiday and they are beautiful shoes, I even got a little bargain with a £5 pair in the sale! Delivery is pretty quick. I’ve recommended Linzi shoes to my family and they’ve even got themselves shoes from here.

Shoe nit delivered and refund not made
I ordered shoe from this website, it wasn't delivered and I wasn't refunded as promised. They have stopped responding to my mails and is over 2 months now.

Do not buy from this business Bought 2 pairs of sandals size 3. Definitely not UK 3 but size 5USA. They will not allow me to return them for a refund. Customer service is terrible.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and paid for express delivery for it to come in 2 days. 2 days after ordering it, I was refunded one of the heels I bought because they went of stock even though it wasn't written on their website. It has been 4 days and I still have not gotten my other pair of shoes delivered. I should have my express shipping money refunded too!
Update: they refunded the Express shipping money

Don’t expect the correct refund
I bought two pairs of shoes to try for my daughters wedding, checked the return policy on them both, returned one pair because they were too big, I paid £34.99 for them, I had to pay £2.99 to post them back which I accepted and got £26.75 refund, despite many emails asking which this amount rather than what I paid less postage all I get is the amount is correct
The shoes however are very nice but don’t buy more than one pair if you would like a refund
