Great service, I needed to replace my son's mattress and was struggling to find the same one anywhere, Linthorpe popped up and when I looked they had it in the right size, and had plenty of availability of dates to choose from... Exceptional Old Fashioned Customer Service
I deliberately chose a UK local business because I had found out that some of the generic retailers offered bad customer service with this product. My decision was absolutely the right one and I would go back to this company again and again. They called to thank me for my order, and asked when I would like to take delivery. It arrived on time and really well packaged. Great product and I'm so glad to have really good old fashioned customer service, it is so valuable.
