Structure banned after 5 days
I purchased an aged structure specifically because I expected the BMs and profiles to actually be aged. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.
The BM was also restricted almost immediately after delivery, which made me seriously question the quality and long-term stability of the entire structure. If a structure is sold as aged, I expect the accounts provided to genuinely meet that description and provide the level of stability I was paying for.
When I raised these concerns with support, the response was extremely disappointing. Instead of addressing the fact that the structure does not appear to consist of genuinely aged BMs and profiles, they kept focusing on the individual suspended BM and the current Meta banwave.
I have explained my concerns multiple times, but I feel like support is simply not listening to the actual complaint. They keep offering solutions to the suspension itself rather than addressing the much bigger issue: the structure I received does not match what I expected when purchasing an aged structure.
The communication has also been slow and frustrating, and after waiting so long without a proper resolution, I had to look elsewhere for structures to keep my business moving.
Overall, very disappointing experience. The quality of the structure did not meet my expectations, and the support has done very little to actually address my concerns.
