Just bought two blouses, didn't fit, way to small, quality not good. Sent email to company (trying to return an item on their website is ridiculous. Expecting not to get a response I put in a dispute with PayPal 2 days ago. They responded that the company is willing to give me 1/2 of what I paid. I declined and said I wanted a full refund. I should have checked reviews before I ordered. Will NEVER order from them again. Also, put Liligal on the same "Do Not Order From List". I am awaiting a response from PayPal. They told me they would respond no later than July 30...

As an update, after I declined the 1/2 price credit, I received an email from PayPal, advising me that once I send the package back (and giving me instructions on how to do so) I should go back on line and give them the tracking information and i would receive a full refund within 5 days and if I didn't respond by July 19 the claim would be closed. I went to UPS only to find out postage to Shanghai would be $40. I wrote paypal and told them had they mentioned with the 1/2 price credit what the postage would have been I would have accepted the credit. Heard nothing back, I called paypal, told them the above and was given a credit of $32. I repeat what I said above, save yourself the aggravation. Do Not Order from this company.

LADIES, be carefull when or if you order from them,.... merchandise is often very badly made or very cheap and if it does not fit,...OH WELL they DON'T accept returns unless you pay the fees to return TO CHINA !!!!!!....and forget about customer service !.... I wrote a ticket to have permission to return, they are suppose to answer within 1 business day,... it took 8 days to have the answer that I had to pay !!!!!... and they have multiples complaints for fraud and many things. People pay and don't receive their stuff !!! BE AWARE

Ordered 12 may, my wife needed for 26 june wedding, thought that was ample time as the website gave the impression it was US based. Its a Chinese company with a fake front company. No sign of dress at the 25 june so put in paypal dispute. To my surprise got email the next day say dress dispatched,these are a shoddy bunch of cowboys and should be avoided at all costs.

I had a great experience with this company. My swimsuit came in less than 2 weeks, fit well, and is well made. I also love the color which is aqua, rather than the green that was stated. My only criticism would be that the shorts of the swimsuit are shorter than the ones in the picture. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Ordered a romper 2 months ago and have received nothing. I don't even think it's worth the frustration to try and attempt to recoup some of my stolen money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Delivery was quick however the top I ordered was a very poor copy of the photo. I tried opening an account on their website in order to submit a ticket to request a refund. It kept saying my password was incorrect even though I reset it several times so I got the impression they really wanted the return process to be as difficult as possible! I eventually logged in via Facebook and submitted my ticket. Oddly they want a picture of the item so I uploaded that with the ticket. To be fair they replied very quickly with an offer of a 50% refund and I keep the top. I declined the offer using the "decline" button which proves to me this is their standard practice! Again I got a quick reply offering me an 80% refund and keep the top. I decided to accept as I can use the material for a sewing project so it cost me £6 (still too much for the poor quality but I couldn't be bothered to pursue further). I used PayPal to buy the top so I was confident that I would get some kind of refund eventually plus it's worth noting that PayPal have a service that allows you to claim back return postage up to a certain amount so if you do go down the route of returning your item keep the mail receipt! If the company say they didn't get the return then open a case with PayPal or the debit/credit card company you used to pay for the goods. Oh and I took screen shots of everything as I updated the ticket just in case! Good luck with your returns and don't let this company win! I have learned my lesson and won't order from china again!

Ordered and paid for a bikini month ago. Havn't got it and it's impossible to trace it and to get in contact with them. Think this company is a scam.

I was hesitant to order from Linkshe after seeing the reviews. I ordered a top hat I just had to have. I had zero problems. I received my order in a week & it fits beautifully.
I'm sure I'll order again.

I bought a dress from the web for a cruise in late May. I got a email stating that it has been shipped. But I never gotten it. I've called sent emails I paid $46.82 . I haven't gotten the dress nor my money.

Do not buy from this company unless you just want to give your money away. There is no way to contact them and they will not answer back if you figure out a way. The worst. Go to someone reputable like Venus.
They should not be allowed to do business.

I never received my order. They never contacted me telling me there was an issue with shipping, but once I voiced a concern they said they couldn't confirm my address. I had the order shipped to my business in the middle of town. UPS and Fed/Ex know me by first name and I have NEVER had an issue with items being shipped to my office or my office address being confirmed. Lame excuse to keep my money! Buyer beware with this company!!

i have recently purchased 3 swimsuits from Linkshe. I want to return them, but I been given an address in China Ive checked my bag and the is an address for a Warehouse in Hayes Middlesex I will not take this lying down and I am hounding Sherry in China so I can return this swimwear back to the UK warehouse. I will update you ladies as to how I get on.

This company is a complete scam. You order...wait weeks for it to arrive...pay too much. When it arrives, there is no order info or return instructions. Just what you ordered inside a mailer. What you order is not what you get. They obviously copy cat clothing and sew them very poorly. They do not even have any kind of tag inside of ANY kind. Wash instructions, size, fabric content. Literally NOTHING. They should be shut down for doing this. Criminals.

Terrible at delivering, worse at refunding. Don't buy from Linkshe! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering a bunch of swimwear to try on, it's been a horrible experience, and to make things worse they only offer an 80% refund, and then don't give it! My advice stay clear of these guys or you will be seriously out of pocket with a poor quality item to show for it.

Terrible service. I bought several bathing suits and the quality is terrible and the sizes are too big. It is taking days for me to try and get approval to return them. The site says that you will receive return authorization in 1 hour but days have passed and I have not heard back. Just terrible. Will never buy from them again

This company is bad!!! No sure how they get away with taking your money and never sending you your item.

GO AHEAD AND ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!!!
