My items arrived quickly and were just as described on the site.
The sizes were correct and I really like them.

I have always had good service and correspondence from LinkShe.
The clothes are good quality and have enjoyed wearing them! The only complaint I have is that some of the sizes I want of certain items are out of stock before I can order them!

Placed an order, slight delay in delivery but this was communicated to me, both items were lovely but the tops didn’t fit. Requested refund again communication was great and once they had proof of postage I received refund within a couple of days. Nil issues with them at all.

DO NOT ORDER from them. Total scams. while I did receive my order fairly quickly (not in time for when I really wanted them) it wouldn't have made a difference because this stuff is cheaply made and complete crap! On top of that, I never did open an account with them, but when I went to try and return the items, it said my email address was already known, I tried entering a pw, then used the forgot password link, they will NEVER send you a pw back. They don't want you to be able to return anything, they have your money and that's all they were after from the beginning. Total Scam!!!! UPDATE (7/15) of course I have not heard back at all from this company, all my efforts to contact them have remained unanswered. FYI they also operate under other website names, same company you will see right away by having the same exact pics, products. Stay Away!

Don’t buy from this company sent a whole order back to them, 17th April 2019 , just been advised as over 30days to get back to them (sent well before that) I have given up my right to a refund, complete rip off no refund , no items. Oh and just to add it cost £16 to send the items back. Crooks! Don’t fall for it

Order took 2 1/2 months to arrive. Items were NOTHING like pictured. Awful quality. I will be returning them immediately. Do not waste your money!

Hice una compra de doscientos dólares hace tres meses y no me ha llegado esto es un robo en toda la palabra me mandan el número de tracking en Fedex llamo y me dicen que sólo han puesto este número pero que jamás les ha llegado nada . Envio correos electrónicos reclamando a la tienda y me piden que confirme mi dirección lo hice por muchas veces y nada por favor no compren nada que es un robo

Después de unos días de haber escrito esto me llegó un paquete con un sólo producto lo abrí y muy bonito se trata de un bañador luego de unos días me llegó todo el pedido que faltaba pero créanme hubiese sido mejor que no me envíen una ropa espantosa de baja calidad y muy fea nada parecido a las hermosas muestras que presentan he quedado muy descontenta para a futuro no hacer este tipo de compras es mejor comprar marcas conocidas y no dejarse llevar por unas fotos mi consejo no caigan como yo eviten comprar basura

I ordered two swimsuits from Linkshe.com. Both were described as having an underwire for support. When I got them neither had an underwire. I contacted the company via their website and placed a ticket explaining that it was false advertising and I would like a full refund. They even went so far as to change their description of one of the swimsuits to say it didn't have an underwire..luckily I had already taken a picture of the description just in case. I followed their instructions to send back all items for a full refund. Linkshe refunded one suit, but not the other because it was on flash sale..after contacting PayPal I will be refunded for my entire order! I will say that both suits were size large and would have probably fit if they had the underwire. One was not very good quality and would have fell apart easily.

I ordered a bikini THEN checked the reviews.... note to self ALWAYS check reviews 1st!
So I then spent days panicking thinking the worst .... HOWEVER my item did arrive (unlike some reviews) within about 2 weeks (not as bad as I had read/expected) .... BUT .... it LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE on-line!
I contacted them via e-mail and attached pictures and did receive a response ..... after a couple of e emails back and forth I agreed to and DID RECEIVE a 50% refund (paid through PAYPAL) without any qualms ..... after other reviews I didn't expect to see any return payment (let alone within a few days) ..... so I guess I GOT LUCKY!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE EVER AGAIN though its not worth the worry/stress/disappointment!!!

I have just received 4 of the six items I ordered and I'm sorry but I was very pleased with what I received. They are well made and fit me great. I had good comunication from them, im looks Ng forward to my other 2 items if they turn up as good as the rest. The quality of the material was lovely, and they were just like the photos. Thanks.

Orderad a £25 item - cost £35 with postage

Arrived - dreadful nylon feel - awful product

Offered a refund - of £5 (20%) or I can ship it back to USA at my own cost

If I could give zero stars if it was an option. I ordered what looks to be a beautiful dress for my sisters wedding as I'm maid of honor and my other sister ordered the same exact dress. This was on March 2nd, hers came from California she got it in 14 days, Mine for some reason is being shipped from Shanghai China and I've still not received it even after contacting numerous times about it. Finally I received an email it was being shipped and 5 days ago cleared customs, still no dress yet. They have terrible customer service now I'm afraid the dress is going to be awful and I'll just be out the money I paid for it and have to buy another one as well.

They don’t deserve any stars. Avoid this company. They rip you off. Going to try and get my money back through pay pal.

I wish I could give this company no stars but the function is not available. They are a totally con. Never received my item. They fob you off then finally try and say that the item was delivered. Don't waste your time.

Shocking service - after 6 weeks still no parcel received. Tracking showing left airline 24 days ago yet can’t get a follow up from there. Customer service do not respond to messages. This is hilarious as when I ordered it was marked as “priority dispatch”. This is the last time I will order from them - and I would recommend all prospective customers to think twice.

I will not shop from this site again. I returned an item, exactly following their very specific return instructions, and provided a copy of my return shipping receipt with the tracking number. I was promised a prompt refund when the item was received but never got one. I checked the tracking number and found that the item was delivered on the Monday following the Friday that I sent it. I emailed their customer service department numerous times asking for the status of my refund, but they would not respond to me. I filed a complaint with Paypal, who I had used to pay for the order. I'm waiting to see what happens next. Definitely do not recommend this seller.
