This is my first time using lings and i couldn't recommend them enough. The customer service i have experienced via the customer portal has been outstanding and has kept me up to date with every step of the journey.

After having issues with a different lease broker and their time to check finance (>2 weeks) I got a bit tired of waiting and decided to check out LINGsCARS! I was very impressed with the speedy response, the overall experience, and how funky their website was.

Maybe not the cheapest out there, but definitely impressive customer service from the team :)

Hopefully a repeat customer in a couple years :)

Apart from everything else their pricing is so very competitive; for my latest car the cheapest monthly price from competitor companies was £189 - Lings found a deal for £152.

The website isn't great, there's too much bright colors, Gifs and images that isn't relevant to what people are looking for.
I was looking for the lease contract of 2 cars and there's one of them I couldn't find at all.
Navigating through the website overall is really difficult.

I’ve just leased a VW through LingsCars, and overall it was a very good experience.
From start to finish, the team was communicative and responsive, making the leasing process smooth and pain-free.
The research completed for me, answering individual questions for extras and pricing was excellent.
Ling’s quirky website personality adds a friendly touch to the process, making it feel less like a deadly serious transaction and more of a fun experience.

This is the 3rd time I have used Lings Cars and this time was the same fantastic service as before. Communication is always excellent with all the team, whether its working hard to find the right car for my needs (Lily) or getting me through the paperwork easily and efficiently (Guy). I feel very well looked after and completely relaxed about the process, as the team are efficient but will always take time to answer my (sometimes stupid) questions.

Great service from the team at LingsCars, very quick response time when asking questions/quotes, I had to wait a fair while for delivery, due to manufacturers times, but was kept up to date from start to finish, recommend.

In evaluating the lingscars.com website, my focus was to find lease information on two specific vehicles: the Nissan Altima and the Jeep Wrangler. The navigation experience proved to be interesting, although not entirely satisfactory in terms of usability.

The structure of the site is unique and chaotic, with a visual design that could be considered overwhelming due to the use of bold colors, animations, and a large number of graphic elements. This makes finding information not as intuitive as on other car leasing sites. However, after a few attempts, I was able to find the search option for the Nissan Altima and Jeep Wrangler.

Once I found the vehicles, the lease information was present, but not in an organized manner. The details of price, contract length, and other terms are displayed, but they are mixed with other distracting messages and graphics. This makes the process of identifying the relevant information more difficult than necessary.

This was the first time I had leased a vehicle, and LingsCars was suggested to me by recommendation (which was good as I'd probably have closed the website when I first visited!).

The whole process from quotation/enquiry to delivery was seamless and the staff at LingsCars were all very helpful and responsive, and not pushy! I actually really liked the added touch of silliness and humour.

Really pleased with the lease vehicle and would definitely consider leasing through LingsCars again.

The only thing I would say is that the recommended insurance provider was very expensive and did not give the impression that they were experienced in car leasing despite being recommended by LingsCars, so would strongly suggest shopping around.

Very difficult to navigate, never show me the car I was looking for. I think this website is a joke.

For me this page is a little difficult to navigate, to fine the information that I want, and do not have the Jeep brand

The website was difficult to search and find these vehicles, Nissan Altima and Jeep Wrangler. Navigating my way around your website design left me with a huge headache by the many distracting flashing lights. The was too much information on the website, all I could see was many hazzards without a clear pathway. I was lost on your website page leaving me confused and upset. The video link was distorted and did not play. Sadly, I was not confident to buy from you.
