Ada & Ina Fabrics Anmeldelser

I bought full length linen curtains for my son and daughter in laws new bedroom suite extension and they have just been hung. They are absolutely beautiful. The fabric and the workmanship are fabulous, will definitely be coming back for more.

Curtains are absolutely beautiful. I am so very pleased with them. They are made extremely well. All seams are neat, even and straight. They hang wonderfully. I could not be more happy. I am picky and a bit of a perfectionist but I must say these have far exceeded my expectations. Thank you so very much and they arrived earlier than the time given.

Great service.
They sourced an out of stock fabric for me and even though I ordered such a small amount I was impressed with the service and time they were willing to put into the request.

Ada & Ina have been fabulous. I have ordered numerous roman blinds and curtains which are beautifully made and hang perfectly. Extremely helpful over the phone with extra queries as well. Order was delivered quickly and absolutely love the finished overall look

I bought a beautiful navy blue cotton which I will be using to make a cushion cover. Their service and communication was excellent!

I have purchased fabric from Ada & Ina for home sewing of blinds and upholstery on several occasions. They are prompt in delivering samples and orders. The fabric is of very high quality and is generously cut to allow compensation for any loom bias. The range of colours and weights is extensive. I have no need to look elsewhere for linen or cotton fabrics for these purposes.

We ordered a lovely set of floor length curtains and two roman blinds for one of our nature retreats at Woodsell. Gorgeous linen fabric and very well made... well worth every penny!

Very helpful staff. My order was delivered very quickly. Good quality material.

I'm a repeat customer - lovely selection of fabrics and the latest project is lightweight sheer curtains and a blind and the team have been super helpful in helping me find fabrics to complement existing colours. I haven't yet ordered but know from previous experience that the quality will be excellent.

An excellent range of beautiful and unique designs on linen fabric. The swatches arrived two days after ordering. I was then able to order what I wanted online. The fabric I bought for curtains was beautiful.
I got a speedy response to a question I had.

I ordered curtains for a 3.80 window and these arrived without any enquiry about what fullness was required. There is no step in the ordering process to establish this and I was not aware, as a non-expert, that there are different standards. The company applied the fullest standard; a ratio of 2.5 the rail length rather than standard or less full version (As it is, I need the least full version). This obviously results in a lot more fabric being sold too (nearly doubling the price!). When I queried this following receipt, the company did offer to alter this at a price notwithstanding it had already charged me for about twice the fabric I needed. The curtains also arrived later than advertised during the order process. Fabrics good - clear from swatches received. But I paid a steep price for something that is not useable.

Blinds are really well made and simple to put up - this is the third time I’ve used this company and once again I wasn’t disappointed!

Fantastic clear communication and such quality blinds. Have used them twice and they both fit perfectly and look gorgeous.

Ordered fabric samples, then placed order. Love the fabric which arrived promptly.
Only problem is that you can’t get anyone to answer the phone! Otherwise it would have been 5 star review.

Excellent quality. Lovely fabric

So efficient and smooth transactions. Great communication and WOW what a product. Ordered Roman blinds and they are FANTASTIC. We are now putting in an order for our whole house, front and back.

Very pleased with my new curtains. Excellent quality linen, feel and look so luxurious. Colour and curtains - exactly as I imagined. Beautifully made.
Good customer service too - there was a slight problem with the measurements which, unfortunately, was only noticed once the curtains were up. However, it was corrected immediately. It would have been a nice gesture to be offered some kind of discount as it was a bit of a hassle to put them up twice and package them but that didn't detract from the final result.

I honestly don’t usually write reviews but as soon as my curtains were up I felt that I needed to send this company a thank you note! They are such good quality, beautifully made, and they look exactly as I had hoped. Thank you!

I have had the most appalling customer service. I ordered a duvet cover which arrived looking a very different colour than expected. I called many times to arrange a return but there was never any answer on the phones. Eventually after a week I managed to speak to someone and they confirmed that they were happy to exchange for me. I paid a further £10 for the return.
12 days after they received the duvet I have not heard further from them.
No answer to emails, message left and still no answer on the phone.
Very disappointed as thought I was supporting a small company. Should have gone to a known established company instead.

Thrilled with my beautiful new made to measure linen curtains. After some initial delays with no replies to the phone or emails, customer services - thank you Natalie! - was very helpful answering my questions. Now planning to order for other rooms in the house. Thank you!
