The number and data are good for 31 days. Extend it 31 days at a time, same number/more data, as long as you need it. The clock starts at first network attach, not at purchase. Buy before you fly and it begins when you land in a supported country. It works on any unlocked phone. Unlocked iPhone, unlocked Android. Buy online and the eSIM arrives right away. It installs quickly via one tap or scanning a QR code. No account, no password. Just a name and an email. Stripe handles payment, so we never see your card. A number that still works when your data does not, and data/voice/SMS that doesn't cost a fortune when you are roaming out of your home country. That is the point.

We have sent you instructions on how to activate. You must have a wifi or network connection to activate, with VPN's and security software disabled. Your phone or network is blocking the activation, as we can see this in our console.
Super easy checkout. Received a +33 French number. Worked flawlessly in Thailand and Cambodia.

Our page didn't tell you the number is French. It said "real number" and left the country off. That's our fault. You've been refunded in full.
On the Russian number: no eSIM company can issue one. Russia requires in-person ID and biometric registration to activate a SIM, so it can't be done remotely by anyone. That's a real limit with many countries, and all eSIM companies have this limit, not just us.
We have updated the plan cards and checkout now to show the country code before you pay, with the destinations each plan covers. To note, it's a real carrier line, so codes land and a hotel or a driver can call you back. It costs a fraction of what home carriers charge to roam, and where your carrier has no deal at all, it's the only line that rings. One number the whole trip, not a new SIM per border.
