I wish I looked up previous reviews! My experience with LindtUsa is the same as Ramona's, earlier this year! I placed an order last Friday, Dec. 15th, and, as for today, it still sits there; LindtUSA didn't transfer it to FedEx yet. When I called their 877-695-4638, I was told "it could take up to 5 (five) business days for that", Christmas season or not! If they mentioned that anywhere on their site, very few of us would deal with LindtUsa, wouldn't we??

They where dry in the inside I use to buy them all time. But don't know if I will keep buying them

Lindor truffles are my favorite. I truly like ordering online where I can order special flavors that are not found in my local store. Great chocolate. Great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their chocolates!

Lindt Chocolate USA site didn't bother to inform their customers how long (in my case, at BEST 4 days) it would take to send out orders!.. nor WHEN one could EXPECT to receive one's order.
I had 3 very rude customers service representatives cutting me off when I asked questions, arguing when I told them that they should list on their website that they're closed on weekends, and 1 rude supervisor who didn't apologize for anything, nor offended ANY solutions! I personally will NEVER purchase anything from their website again!

I love the chocolate.s. wish you had peppermint flavors All holidays. NOT just Christmas & thanksgiving.

Lindt Lindor I do like but what I do not like is the: artificial flavour. Surprised with such a well known name and classy!

I tried to buy 200 pieces of Lindt chocolate and a gift box on cyber Monday. My payment was refused. I tried readjusting the components of my order. I called Discover to verify there was no problem with my card. It never could go through and I spent two hours on it. I called customer service today and they offered to help me put through my order at a higher price, but I refused. Won’t be shopping at lindt.com again. I wasted two hours of my life.

I am hoping Lindt will make good on the 8 missing bars from my order delivered today. If they either send the missing bars or refund the cost, I will revise my review.

My husband and I love buying Truffles online. We believe they are fresher than those on shelves. We literally give them away to our favorite businesses. Our Auto Maintenance shop, hair stylist and veterinarian are just a few recipients. I usually pack up varieties in pretty bags. We also love eating them ourselves.

On July 8th I noticed that Lindtusa.com offered some excellent prices on Lindt Milk Chocolate Truffles! Registering with the website (to order and to receive future offers) got me a 10% off coupon code. But when I tried to place my order, the website wouldn't allow me to use the coupon code.
Lindt's friendly, adept Customer Service rep was so helpful in getting me this discount! And, whereas, it's quite difficult to find many companies' Customer Service phone numbers, Lindt's is in large font. After I'd placed my order, a Lindt Customer Service rep called me to make sure things had worked out. Now I'm looking forward to the arrival of a ton of chocolate! What a great experience all around!

First of all, the person I send the chocolates to LOVES Lindt chocolates. My problem has to do with shipping costs during the summer months. Really, $27 for icepacks? I also send gifts via nuts.com and they charge just $7 for ice packs. I think the $27 is exorbitant. It ends up doubling the price of the gift.

I am eating Lindt chocolates for the past 13 years and made chocolate gifts during festival time too. I am from India, when I try to ship it to the kin's in India I heard this chocolate will melt, so I didn't get a chance to share with them.

I placed order on feb 9 for Valentine’s Day gift. On feb16 it finally arrived at fedex. Website said 2-5 days to ship... well today is feb 23 and it’s still at fedex location. 7 days to get to fedex after say 2-5 business days to receive it?!? I will never order from Lindt again. Customer service offered my refund after 2nd call! I paid for shipping too! It’s completely bogus ! I just want the gift or change the shipping expectations on your website!

I placed a Mother’s Day order for my sister on May 4. It was suggested to me by the associate not to pay extra shipping, it would be on time from NH to NY. Nothing on Del date of 5/11. Called. Assured delivery by Jenn of the Consumer Services Team of a 5/15 delivery. I was given a 50% Discount. Nothing on 5/15. I received an e mail from Jenn on Monday offering me a full refund my tracking number and the automated FedEx number to solve my own problem. Good chocolate. Cheesy customer service. With such a colossal mess, I feel they should have offered to ship overnight. How do I send my sister a Mother’s Day present two weeks later? EPIC FAILURE LINDT

wonderful experience with lindt usa new hampshire i think very kind and professional on the telephone .. great online site .. wonderful prices and free shipping . and very fast shipping . can't say anything bad about it. the quality of the 85% dark chocolate bar.. is wonderful. i bought ... very many...... and will do again ....

Lindor Milk Chocolate has a tasty, delicious, and delightful flavor. It has a soft and creamy texture on the inside and the same thing on the outside except it is not the type that makes your hands all covered in chocolate. Maybe sometimes a little bit of chocolate gets on your fingers but not a lot. I really like to eat Lindor Milk Chocolate. If I were you and I was searching for
chocolates, this is what I would search for!

I ordered from them in 2014 & 2015 and both times not only they messed the order, but they were not responding to emails, so that was it for me.
I gave them another try this Black Friday and they seem to have gotten a lot better: My order is correct and arrived in a timely manner. I might try them again.

Shop in Canada was offering a free tasting! It was so amazing "ginger" flavour that we ended-up buyng it - in bulk! What a wonderful way to atract customers, who mostly ends up in buying! Of course, the quality was 100%

To say I had a bad experience with Lindt would be an understatement. After me calling them 6 times over a span of 3 weeks, I never received a call back to place my business order. Each time I called I was told something different and was told I hadn't completed the business profile, when infact each rep had completed it for me since I was in Canada and their form didnt allow me to choose a province. This was going to be 2,000$ worth of business with the intent of it being yearly repeat business as well. I called Hershey USA and less than 12 hours later I had my order finalized and because the items were on sale it was even cheaper.

Ignored my request to cancel an order 5 minutes after placing it by emailing me 5 days later saying it was already shipped and they made substitutions on my order. After an hour on hold after receiving order that I canceled, told I would have to wait up to 5 days yo receive a phone call to don't out their error.
No more money from me. I'd rather eat dollar store chocolate.
