Lindcool/Wayfair scam
This company poses as Wayfair with very convincing logo and presentation. It is not until you place your order that you see that the address and merchandise locate in Shanghai. In July 2021 I ordered a "clearance sale" wicker patio set which was immediately confirmed including tracking number. It stated that it would take a few days for the tracking company to register the order. I gave it a week and then contacted customer service. An agent, Clare, responded with apologies and sent me a screenshot showing the order had been processed and the alleged date it left China. Several weeks passed, still no tracking info, and apparently Clare left her job as repeated emails requesting help went unanswered! In mid October I received a package from the Shanghai address. It contained a cheap black swan necklace, no doubt symbolizing my swan song scam! I see on another review site that another customer had the exact same result. Since the offer looked too good to be true I should have known but the Wayfair logo took me in. Since I paid with Paypal I might get my money back. Incidentally, I directly reported this to Wayfair but they did not respond so they apparently don't care.
