I have finally received my product and can provide a proper review.

Updated Review: Purchased a benchtop dishwasher from Linarie on the 9th of March. On the 29th it finally arrived. Having been initially sold a delivery time of "4 business days", the extended delay was incredibly frustrating and led to serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company. This, combined with having a tracking # that only functioned within a specific webpage that had no other links or logos to state who the courier even was, made everything feel very suspicious. The customer service via email was okay; the first person kept promising delivery "by end of week" two weeks running and gave no other help or info. The second contact was far more polite and helpful. The product itself, when it arrived, was in good condition and functions well.

Overall: I'd say 3 stars. The product is good, but the lack of transparency when it comes to delivery and long delays would make me wary about buying from them again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Linarie. I purchased a fridge that became faulty after only one year of use, which is unacceptable for a major appliance.

Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, the customer service has been consistently poor. Linarie arranged a pickup for the faulty fridge but failed to show up or communicate any update. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up, and each time I’ve received vague or inconsistent responses.

It’s been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, and it’s clear there’s a serious lack of organisation and accountability in their support process. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and reliability from a company selling large appliances. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Linarie — both for product quality and after-sales support.

I ordered and paid for a fridge two weeks ago and was expecting delivery this week. Imagine my surprise when I got an e mail today saying that they don’t deliver to my address and do I have an alternative address? Well no the fridge was needed at the address it was ordered for. And also we are hardly in the middle of nowhere, close to Bowral.
I asked why had they taken my money and waited two weeks to tell me this and they said they were changing systems.
Totally unprofessional and incompetent.

The delivery was on time and I like the look of the stove top. The induction seems to work well but I have only just started using it.

The best experience - easy to order - great, instant email feedback and receipt - then information re delivery and delivery was amazing - on time with regular updates as to when the truck would arrive.

The delivery guys were efficient - placed the fridge in the right spot helped unpack and then tested it was working before they left - I have to say thanks to everyone concerned!

Still waiting for this product, our family of five have been without an oven for some time. Delivery company stated no one was home when they attempted delivery which was simply untrue.

We love the stovetop. Well designed and excellent experience with purchasing. The product was sent promptly and was very affordable.

The timer feature and boost function are excellent. The only thing I don't like is the installation clips - hard to explain but for our install, I will modify them from being spring loaded design to a traditional stove clamp.

In the end, this product needs to last so time will tell.

From beginning to end the whole process was so easy. Sean was great to deal with as was Betty. Ordered my fridge on a Thursday, it was delivered yhe following Tuesday. Delivery was spot on, kept well informed and arrived on time.

Got my retro blue fridge yesterday, delivery experience was great, they came on time, lots of notifications, called before arriving and when arrived. bought it up and turned it on. no problems. would high recommend.

Fridge “looks” great on the outside but it is very squeezy on the inside. The only one bigger to choose from was too big. The egg compartment and ice tray look like a child’s toy… It is also very difficult to regulate the temperature from the front to back. The food at the front starts to smell funny (off-smelling) while at the same time the food at the back is frozen solid... Tried raising and lowering the temperature control and it either freezes everything in the main compartment or everything goes smelly. I did raise my earlier review stars from 2 to 3 as they did reach out to me about my concerns - so they do listen, but I still want to be objective in my review of the product itself. People, the delivery and customer service 5 stars, but the fridge itself remains a regretful 3 stars.

Such a great dishwasher. Not too heavy. Just loving it.

We're happy with our fridge so far. It meets our needs, runs quietly and Linarie was very helpful when answering our questions. We want this fridge to have a long life so that will be the real test for us.
