Brilliant experience with Melvin and his team. They went above and beyond to solve a tricky mortgage situation we were dealing with. Although arguably you can get the same deals by looking yourself, it does help having a mortgage consultant talk you through the details. Especially if you have RSU income like myself, most banks don’t deal with this. Many deals are also exclusively through brokers! Kim was fantastic to this end and fielded so many of our questions via calls and emails.

I thought Grace was also superb in sorting out all the admin and making the whole process so smooth. Literally sent us an email with everything they need, asked us a few follow ups and then next thing we know our mortgage has been approved! Massively saved us a lot of stress of dealing directly with the bank, filling our forms etc.

I will deffo use the company again when it comes to remortgaging and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking to buy a house, especially first time buyers like us!

First mortgage in 2022 through Limitless, had a few hiccups along the way but it was circumstantial and things sorted out in the end, six months before my fixed rate ends I get a call from Limitless for remortgage and I decided to go with them thinking it would be less of paperwork.
However this time they took me for granted and there was a complete lack of transparency throughout the process.
I strongly suggest that when they quote the 'best rate' they should also mention the LTV in the same sentence so that the customer can make an informed decision.
1 week before my current deal ends I am having to look for another lender(courtesy Limitless)

This is the second mortgage I have taken out through limitless finance, they make a complicated and long process much easier with their expertise and attention to detail. They respond quick and thoroughly to ensure the mortgage is in place as quick as possible.

Excellent experience using Limitless to source our mortgage. They came back with competitive offers and helped us access higher value mortgages by considering my partners RSUs which not everyone was keen to do. Particular thanks to Kim and Laura, who were both excellent and incredibly helpful along the journey. We initially spoke with Kim back in August 2022 and whilst our search had it's ups and downs, she regularly checked in to see how we were getting on and if we needed a refresh of information.
