From start to finish I have been so impressed with Limegreen. Jack is the reason I chose Limegreen over British Gas. From the moment I spoke to him, he made me feel valued and answered all my questions (even the dumb ones!). Jack organised everything efficiently, kept me informed every step of the way and it made my day speaking to him. Jack deserves a day off, a pay rise and some Birra Moretti!! I want to thank Rhys also who was very funny and personable and he suggested solutions that made the process so quick and easy for me. Thank you also to Kevin and Iwan who worked so hard all day long without a break! It was comical watching them try to setup the Hive mind haha. Thanks all I will be back for a bathroom fitting soon!!

Excellent company and service, would highly recommend. Thanks to Jamie and Josh who were very quick to fit me in when it was clear the previous boiler wasn’t working. First class service and professionalism. With new kitchen units still to be being fitted, they went out of their way to ensure it fitted nicely with the new kitchen measurements.

Excellent service today from Kevin and Owain fitting a new boiler and radiator etc.
They kept us up to date on all they were doing through the day and tidied up after them.
Definitely recommend this company as attentive to detail from initial enquiry to completion of works and competitively priced.

Very happy with the service we experienced on replacing out boiler. Turned up on time, very clean and thank you to Karl and Iwan for the work carried out and to Jack in the office who made all of this possible. Would highly recommend!

I recently had a new boiler fitted. Firstly I would like to say thank you to Jack who organised everything, he was very knowledgeable, very friendly with a good personality.
Another thank you to Karl who fitted my boiler, he turned up on time, very professional, very clean and tidy, explained everything about the boiler in great detail. I would highly recommend this company they have been amazing from start to finish.

Scot and Karl were amazing . They were clean and tidy . They done an excellent job of putting the boiler in . I would not hesitate to to use the company limegreen again . And they took all the rubbish with Them.

Andrew & Michael at limegreen are really friendly and couldn’t do more to help me out. They were very professional and fitted my boiler and a few niggles around the house. They took me though all the work they were doing, giving great advice and even though the house is a building site, were both really thorough in cleaning up afterwards too. They also took me though the setup for the Hive thermostat and phone app and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. 10/10 guys.

We wanted to choose an independent provider, rather than the usual big name and are so pleased we did! We’ve found the entire team friendly and helpful. It’s such a refreshing change to call a number and get through to an actual human! The engineers - Kev & Iwan - turned up on time (in fact, they were early!) and went above and beyond by even putting a new base to the cupboard where the boiler is stored. Very happy to recommend!

100% positive experience with limegreen. Jack in the office was extremely helpful from the first contact and provided all the information I needed. The installers Kevin and Iwan were excellent. They arrived in the morning and got straight on with the job with no fuss and no mess left. They were both very friendly and gave me all the information on running my new boiler. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending and using this company again in the future

Right from the moment I used their website to get a quote for a new boiler, following the demise of my old one, Limegreen were "on it". A remote survey was quickly arranged, the quotes were easily to follow and there were a number of finance options. Following confirmation of the order, installation was arranged for three days later and I was given a timeslot of 8:00 - 12:00 for the arrival of their crew.

They guys turned up ready to start at 8:00 and were friendly, efficient and competent. Everything was completed in good time, they reassemble the wooden boiler cabinet and left no mess. This was an excellent customer experience

Very happy exceptional workman who actually got the hoover out. Looked after us and in particular my husband. We have a fabulous new fireplace. Thank you to everyone, Dan & Scott who installed ans the lovely office and showroom team.

Outstanding professional service from Limegreen had a power fault issue with our fire , contacted Leah who acted extremely promptly and efficiently to help resolve the issue , I would also like to mention Wynne he was very helpful and knowledgable along with the engineer that came out to do the repairs.
Overall outstanding service from Limegreen I would highly recommend them.

From initial enquiry and my dealings with Jack, to Russell the surveyor coming out to provide a quote, to the installation being completed by Jamie and Andrew the service I received from beginning to end was seamless and stress free. In addition to the boiler I also had 6 new radiators installed, I've never known engineers to complete all that work and leave the house as it was, really tidy job. I also recieved a follow up visit from Cameron to talk me through how to use the new system as I was away when the installation was completed, nothing is ever any trouble when you call them. I would highly recommend Limegreen. Fantastic job thanks lads.
