Unbeatable cost to quality
Lime Blue may have one of the best coffees in Australia. That’s the first feat. Debatable by many, but my opinion.
Lime Blue is dollar for dollar the best value to quality coffee in Australia? Much less debatable.
Whether it’s Moments to Memories, Thank You or one of their really classy single origin numbers (hello Mexico!), you’re getting a great coffee from people who genuinely care about the product.
I can’t fault Lime Blue. I’ll be a customer for a long time.

Very good coffee for the price
Very good coffee for the price. However, I recently ordered a PNG bean that I hated. Turns out I ordered beans for a long black when I drink flat whites.

Appreciate you taking the time to reach out. The prior coffees you've ordered from us are fairly non-polarising in flavour. As the PNG was a super fruity coffee (you normally order our Peru which is a 7/10 on our fruit to choc scale, the PNG was a 2/10 on the scale, so notably different) it is quite polarising. Some people absolutely loved the PNG and want more (we have a waitlist building bit by bit) and for others it's not the ideal fit. No one is right or wrong, it's just that flavour preference is such a personal thing, different strokes different folks.
In terms of the different coloured beans that's completely normal due to the unique Natural process for this coffee the unroasted coffee beans are different colours, so when we roast then the roast different colours, but the roast profile is uniform. However, I could understand your visual surprise based on the other coffees you've ordered from us which have a more uniform colour.
The PNG might just not be the best fit for you personally, but I'm happy to go over your extraction in case, I've just sent you a follow up email. I can see you got the PNG more than a month ago; if you ever have an issue with a coffee please feel welcome to reach out to us, ideally the sooner the better :)
Sao Paulo Blend. Just try it!
I love that you can pick the date so you don't have to wait til your coffee is finished to order some in the future!
Amazing coffee. I can't recommend the Sao Paulo blend enough. It is not as strong as some but the taste is amazing so I just do multiple shots. Definitely worth it!
