I had a great experience with this company. I purchased four items; two cotton T-shirts didn’t fit as they run a little small, so decided I returned them. The refund was processed quickly. Customer service was excellent — very responsive and helpful. It exceeded my expectations. The quality of the clothing is very good! Will definitely buy more.

Great quality and cute clothes that I love! I do not like shopping for clothes and this brand made it so much better because there are so many styles that really suit me. Found some great sweaters that I wore to may Paris trip and they all performed great in the weather conditions and made me feel stylish too!

Cost of return is extortionate!
Purchased the Yarita trench in a large in both colours as saw on an influencer and looked really stylish. Paid £3.99.postage for each as two separate orders but they sent them as one order ! Took ages to despatch and arrive . Size large far too big.. Requested a return , cost of one return label £23+ , leaving a refund amount of £15??!!! Complete scam as they know this will discourage customers from returning items. Would never order again.

The Yarita Trench Coat you purchased was already offered at a 50% discount at the time of purchase. In addition, you applied a new customer discount and an influencer code, which made the final price even lower. As stated on the product page, items at this level of discount are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Regarding the return shipping fee, this cost is not charged by us directly. It is set by the shipping carrier. The reason it appears higher than the original shipping fee is because the outbound shipping you paid (£7) was partially subsidized by us. Return shipping, however, is charged at the carrier’s standard rate without subsidy.
We sincerely apologize if this caused any confusion or frustration, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

I have quite a few pieces from Lily Studio by now, and my love for the brand actually started with their outerwear, especially their coats. They have a beautiful selection of wool coats with very elegant cuts, and the quality has always impressed me.
What I really like about Lily Studio is the variety of outerwear and the overall style of their pieces. Everything feels very wearable but still stylish and well made.
Over time I’ve collected several items from the brand, and they’ve become some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. Definitely a brand I enjoy coming back to ☺️

First, the product is of such bad quality that it would make Shein look high-end. Then, when I tried to return it immediately after receiving it, per their policy, I reached out three times to request a return label. According to their policy, anything sent back without their explicit approval and a return label would not be accepted. The issue is that they never responded to my multiple request to send me the return label.

Not possible to return
I bought two dresses for my daughter. She loved one of the dresses- the material, cut etc. I ordered two different colors to decide between but it’s impossible to return. The only way to return is to email them and get a response with instructions. I have emailed numerous times and have not gotten a single response. So it’s a $100 loss for me.
