I ordered a dress size 16/18. I received 12/14. I returned it to the address on the package. They are refusing to refund me as I didn't send it back to China. I have spent over £5 sending it back to Southall and it has been signed for. Why should I spend any more on this. The worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY!

I paid £8.95 to return the 2 garments, which I would never wear. The firm eventually sent them back and told me to send them to China, if I wanted a refund. I only gave the 'firm' 1 star, so I could write this review. Do NOT buy these goods, as they are VERY inferior. The fabric quality is nothing like it appears in the photographs.
I saw them advertised on Printerest and assumed they would be fine. They are NOT so don't be fooled by the offers of price reductions.

Unfortunately shirt sizes measure small when compared to European sizing.
This is because despite being called lilyroselondon.com - company and product are from China. Not a problem unless you need to return your purchase which then has to be sent halfway across the world at your expense. If it gets lost in transit tough luck.
Time differences mean that customer support is intermittent whilst you are encouraged to keep your product by offering discount incentives. No use unless you have a smaller friend or relative who has your taste in clothing.
In the meantime the clock is ticking for you to get the purchase back within your customer return rights.
On-line purchasing at its worse!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
No refund offered as you have to send it to China, instead they offer you a percentage of a refund or gift card. No where on the website does it state that instead they have a returns policy so makes you think you can return items. Cheaper quality items too

I would leave ZERO stars of thar was an option. Refusing my refund for a garment that did not fit and offering me 30% refund! Shaming me about CO2 emissions to avoid a refund. Not to mention quality was terrible. This company should not exist!

Absolutely awful. The dress I ordered looked nothing like what arrived. Very poor quality from china, so virtually impossible to return. Do not order from his company you will be very disappointed ☹️

Total s#1t AVOID at all costs or it will cost you a fortune to return the poor quality pile of cr@p they send.

I am continuing my cimplaints. Iti is now 2 months since I ordered2 blouses which were cheap, shoddy and unwearable. Since then I eventually sent them back to China at a cost of£22. I sent derails of certificate of posting and then they requested I assured them of address. This has been gong on for weeks. All I get are apologies a d saying that they have not received the parcel, so cannot refund me. I am now getting legal help to stop this company from cheating customers. Do not ever deal with this company or any other company like Linova or Buykud.

Absolute Rubbish. Dress was nearly £40. It is of very poor quality. I got all sorts of offers about reducing the price but they don’t want it back so they can save the planet! I was finally given a return form to China. The firm is in China not London.it is a complete scam. Do not buy. What is Pinterest thinking allowing these people to sell.

Well it looks like I’m another victim of this rip off company!
Just what the other reviewers say it’s not what they advertise very poor quality no proper labels just utter rubbish, then they’ve got the cheek to say send it back to China ! ordered on the 6th August
I’ve done so many emails to them I’ve lost count.

Ordered blouse that was advertised on Pinterest by Lily-rose London. Blouse eventually arrived but it was such awful quality I wanted to return it. As with previous reviewers I was offered all sorts of deals to keep it. After many emails they finally sent me a returns form but did advise that it would be very costly to return as it needs to be sent to China !!! I stupidly thought that as I’d paid around £2.50 postage to receive the blouse, it would be the same to return. This company is a total scam, they should not be allowed to trade using ‘London’ in their company title. Avoid this company at all costs.

My husband always recommends I use Trust Pilot and oh I wish I had! Ordered 2 dresses of the same design, in different sizes to compare, feeling reassured because Lily & Rose offered a 30 day money back guarantee...can you get money back - absolutely not.
They send offers of reduced costs and how their site & terms are 'transparent' but btw - any actual returns, please send to CHINA by TRACKED/SIGNED FOR!!!
They NEVER show on their site that this is the case
I don't know who I'm most cross/angry with - myself for being gullible; Lily & Rose for providing absolute rubbish quality clothes and hiding behind 'London' in their name; or Pinterest, an AMERICAN social media platform, who are just making money from dishonourable traders!!!

The item I ordered looked nothing like it did in the picture in terms of the material and the colour. When received, it was also poor quality. It was an immediate return decision for me.
To return it, you need to email them for details as to where to send it but this doesn’t come straight away where you get offers of discounts / gift cards rather than returning. Five days later, despite a number of emails, I’m still waiting for details of (the closely guarded secret of) where to return it. It has been pointed out to me that if I want to return, I’m liable for the cost of sending it to China, which they indicate is slow.
I think I’ll be looking for a refund via my Credit Card provider.

I left a negative review for this company thinking it was the clothing brand, it isn’t. It looks like it is a genuine jewellery business. The clothing brand is dreadful. It has the same name but sends clothing of a poor quality and I am having a lot of trouble getting a refund from them. Do not buy from them

As an addition to my previous review, I have now returned my two dresses to China at a cost of over £14 and sent confirmation of Tracking (requested by Lily Rose London) on my email to them. I have to say that even the postmaster knew about the problems with this company and costs to customers in returning unwanted goods.
Had the two dresses been wearable and of a decent quality, I would have kept them However, the quality was so cheap and nasty and the sizing unreasonably large; not acceptable at all.
I urge anyone not to use this company who are selling with adverts appearing on Pinterest and strangely the same dresses are being advertised via Pinterest but under other company names.

I doubt if the company can improve or change. I was really looking forward to receiving my top which had been 'reduced' in price. After 3 weeks, it eventually arrived & to be blunt, I wouldn't even pay £5.00 for it if I saw it in a shop. I paid £39.00 odd for it & I might as well burnt £40. The quality is appalling & I have never been so disappointed in something I have bought. They emailed me to tell me I should be really excited as they were offering me a 30% refund which would save me money as I wouldn't have to send it back to Asia!! Also I would be saving the planet if I kept the garment - excuse my language but this is **lls1*t Iwant my money back - no ifs & buts!

Exactly the same as the last review, ordered two dresses. Massive, poor quality and unwearable. Emailed to return as they have to give you permission. The dresses weren't what I ordered and weren't the size advertised so under the sale of goods act this should not be the case. They took ages to reply and said they would send me the right size if I paid £9.95 per garment to exchange after they sent the wrong sizes. Thought it was a london company but the products came from China weeks after ordering. I queried why they were advertising as a london company when the products are coming from China. They don't reply to the emails so you can return. Will do the same and contact my bank. A waste of £70 quid. Don't fall for it. I will be reporting this to action fraud. The products also have no care labels so dangerous if anyone has any allergies. They then offered 15 per cent discount if I wanted to keep dresses that were sent as the wrong size and not what I ordered. This is a total scam, I urge everyone to report to the proper authorities. How many people are they doing this to, they should be made to abide by the laws the rest of us have to.
