Sadly my experience echoes all of those before me. Poor quality ill fitting clothes including a jacket that is basically plastic though has a label stating 'cotton'. Have requested a refund but been offered the same as everyone else - 30% refund if I keep, a 60% gift card, OR return to China which they advise is best avoided.
Not the British brand I was duped into assumign they were, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Never order from this company as they are not based in this country despite their London tab so all returns have to be shipped back to China at buyers expense.

Just like everyone else, this company is a scam and why they’ve not been refused entry by trading standards I don’t know!! Cheap crap from China and not from London as expected, they offer stupid discounts before following instruction to refund! However, I’ve read that people aren’t getting refunded after paying a stupid amount to return to china! So, if you don’t accept the 30% refund or 60% in the next email then you’ll not get anything bc you would have sent back the items! AVOID for christs sake. I just wish I’d seen the reviews first, lesson learnt! Read reviews first,

There should be a zero star as I don't wish to give them one star. I echo the desperation of others. The shirt that was sent was a complete joke and would fit a small child not a tall man and rather than waste money paying to sending back to China it has gone straight to a charity shop in the hope that someone a great deal smaller than me can use it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Their response to my complaint was to offer a 30% discount if I keep the useless shirt.

AVOID THIS SITE. I would give a minus rating if I could. I totally agree with other reviewers, the site is a scam, having ’London’ in the title is misleading. I saw the ad on Pinterest, so I’ve deleted that app now as they obviously support such companies.
The item eventually arrived after 2 weeks, there was no tracking as the site stated there would be. The item is nothing like the picture. I paid £39 but they look to be worth £5 at a push. I would have kept them maybe for cleaning or gardening but they’re too small. I’ll see what happens with the refund, I guess it’s going to be more hassle than it’s worth, so I’ll have to accept I basically threw £39 in the bin, which is where the item will be going!!!

So far two weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received the 5 items I bought! £150 worth as I was replenishing my wardrobe as a treat to myself 😢

I haven’t received them yet so can’t comment on quality yet but these reviews have me very concerned and I can’t believe they are still allowed to trade. The long wait prompted me to research the company. Wish I’d done it sooner!

I was also fooled by their 30 day return guarantee highlighted on their website. Upto 5kg posted to China for a return looks like it will cost £38… and now no confidence in their integrity how do I know I’ll get a proper refund?

If unsatisfactory I will definitely be reporting them to British Standards and HMRC like other reviewers.

Lily&Rose London-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a red blazer from Lily&Rose London who are clearly not based in London. The item looks nothing like the picture. The stitching around the armhole is all puckered, the material is of poor quality and it looks like a sack on me. There is no way I would wear this.

I have contacted customer services several times as I want to return for a refund and they keep offering me discounts to keep the item. The last email now has a link to a form I have to complete which I have to send with the item and pay out of my pocket to return to China.
I’m guessing that if I send the item back at my expense the company will find a reason not to refund me.

Please be aware of this company. I think I’ve been scammed and I won’t get my money back.

Buyer beware. Do NOT buy from this company because:
Returns have to go to China, even though parcels arrive with a uk address
They will offer you a discount not to return them, They don’t want the items back, because they are such poor quality they cost a few pounds to make.
They make their money selling appalling quality but charge a lot. They make their money by not refunding.

This company are scammers. The items take weeks to arrive, are nothing like the image- different size, material and colour. The quality is poor. I ordered a jumper which was labelled as size 20 but wouldn’t have fitted a 10 year old, it was tiny. I have emailed customer service 12 times and each time they say “so sorry, we are investigating” completely ignoring my request for a refund and return label. I am sick of these scam companies who push their products through aggressive marketing on social media sites such as Pinterest and Instagram, develop convincing websites, but are unscrupulous scammers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company popped up on my Pinterest Feed. I ordered a lovely looking top for £29.99 and paid £2.95 for shipping protection. I almost ordered another in a different colour and I’m so glad I didn’t! The picture showed a lovely printed linen type fabric with a lovely drape. I tracked the shipment and was disturbed to see that it was coming from China when I assumed from the name that they were based in London. It arrived yesterday and it’s horrible! Made from cheap polyester/spandex stretchy fabric, like a very cheap tee shirt. Similar colour light blue pattered fabric but not the same design, and horribly stitched with black thread! Just awful! I’ve emailed them and they’ve offered for me to keep the garment and receive a 15% refund but I’m guessing the refund will be against another order from them. I think not!!
I won’t be paying to return the item to China as I feel that will be throwing more money down the drain. A lesson learned - read the reviews before ordering anything! And don’t assume that just because it’s endorsed by Pinterest it will be ok. There are numerous other companies on Pinterest showing exactly the same top in different fabrics. I can only assume they must all be the same. Pinterest should be checking who is advertising with them.

Fake photos show lovely woolly jumpers but when they eventually arrive they are nothing more than nasty acrylic things with the pattern printed on them. When I contact them to arrange a return 'Sophie' offers a 15% refund instead of 'incurring return costs' claiming that 'By avoiding returns, we contribute to sustainability and a greener planet' - absolute scammers - returns should be free and a full refund should be offered!!

I wish i'd have read these reviews before I ordered. Been waiting two weeks for a Fairisle sweater with fluted sleeves and i've just zoomed in on the pic to see it completely photoshopped on to the model!! How did I not notice before? I bought this on Pinterest and stupidly fell for the 'London' in the title I've just seen another review further up for the same sweater that looked like a rag when turned up and had never seen a yarn of wool!! It has cost me £34.99 and I AM ABSOLUTELY FUMING that I've fallen for this. I can't find anywhere to cancel my order and the tracking number does not exist.. More fool me, i just hope they don't clear out my bank account too.. unfortunately I've bought with my current account and the money was taken out straight away or I would be on to my credit card company for a refund due to scamming, which is what this is and I will be emailing Pinterest straight after this to complain there too. Unbelievable!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Jacket looks nothing like the picture which was advertised on pinterest, Looked like it was put together by a 3 year old, delivery was very slow waited nearly 2wks, make no wonder as it came all the way from India NOT London!

Bought a fairisle jumper made from.'premium wool' and got a 100% polyester one.Stolen photos on website.I have been scammed.I've just emailed them,but not expecting much.I even googled them,and they seemed legit.Paid £35 for a £10 jumper.Original price supposedly £70 !!!! I think not.

Cheap plastic shoes arrived after a month when I ordered leather with black buckles, they look like they’re made out of a plastic bag with silver buckles.
Do Not be tempted by good pictures, cheap China rubbish!!

Awful company. Horrendous quality, more like a £5 dress from SHEIN than the supposed £70 price tag. It does not show that it ships direct from China and there’s no returns policy unless you pay for shipping back to China. I’ve had to accept a measly 30% back and am stuck with awful quality clothes. Stay away from- do not buy!

Dreadful purchase. I ordered a light grey wool jumper with fair isle design and fluted sleeves in what looked like a 50% sale, and paid £40. It took 3 weeks to arrive and I received a jumper that you would see in a very cheap market. The light grey colour I expected is a bluish purple with tight cuffs and is bobbled. I would not pay £10 never mind £40. I am shocked they can get away with this. It’s itchy and uncomfortable . Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances.

Lilyrose-london.com are a fast fashion company operating out of China NOT London. They are advertising product that is substandard and does not meet the British labelling and Fibre Composition Regulations (2012). They provide no labelling of size, fabric composition or wash care and as such breach all UK regulations. Their returns policy also does not meet the UK Retail Safety Act. DO NOT USE this company they have been reported to both HMRC and the British Standards Authority

Please do not order anything from this company.
I placed an order and payment was quickly taken from my account. I was alarmed not to receive an order number or confirmation of payment. I emailed about this twice when the items still hadnt arrived after four weeks. The replies I got were generic rubbish about 'striving for exceptional service'.
When the items eventually arrived, I was horrified at what I'd paid for. The two items were nothing like the advertised items in colour, form or sizing. One - a knitted jumper hoodie - is a digitally printed polyester top.
I immediately looked up how to return and get a refund and it seems that I will need to pay postage to China, and only if the company decide I am allowed to return it to the supplier.
I have spent £90 on rubbish - and it was supposed to be a real treat for me, and money I could barely spare.
All I can do now is warn other people, and stop any more money falling into the hands of these fraudsters.
