Hands down one of the best customer support experiences I've ever had in my life. Josh, the top guy at Lilypad, is one of the most understanding, accommodating, and down-to-earth company representatives I've ever had the great pleasure to work with. As for the product itself, it has been beyond phenomenal. My Minecraft server is now running with not even a single drop in TPS nor a rise in ping, virtually unseen with our former provider. They also appear very apt at resolving even the slightest of my queries, are very knowledgeable, and I have no doubt that should issues arise in the future with my server plan, they will be able to provide a satisfactory solution. Not to forget, it all comes at a price that's actually pretty reasonable, unlike competitors.

I highly recommend Lilypad. 10/10, 5 stars, the whole nine yards.

Josh is absolutely wonderful. When I needed a Dedicated server in 1 hour he had it up and running ready for me to use. Definitely a long time user and will tell my friends about lilypad.

I spent so long trying to find a reliable Minecraft server host that wasn't a complete rip off with their prices, and while searching I stumbled across Lilypad!
I had so many problems and errors with my server due to not having experience running a modded minecraft server, but Josh was so helpful and quick to respond that troubleshooting was no problem! Sometimes mods just don't work for whatever reason, but Josh still checked in and tried his best to help even if there was no apparent solution.
I can reliably say that Lilypad is one of the best server providers (so, so much better than Spark Hosting or Apex Hosting, which I both have used) I don't think I'll be using any other server host again!

Amazing service, servers just work with no lag and extremly fast support

I've been using Lilypad for about a month and so far the experience has been great! Suppport is friendly and quick, the price is good and the software easy to use.
There still are some small things I'd personally want, like being able to change the launch args myself and the schedules system being a bit easier to use. But all in all a very good service and I recommend it!

Oh boy. I could go on about this host forever. Lilypad is one of the best hosts I've worked with. They provide some of the highest quality game hosting at their pricing and great support. As a developer, I always find it hard to recommend hosting to my clients that is both reliable, fast, and trustworthy. Lilypad filled all of those easily.

As a subsidiary and sister company of Senior Team, I can trust that they will never go down and that the quality provided is top notch. They have some of the highest end CPUs on the market and the pricing is great for the value. When I had purchased a server from them, it was originally $2.50/gb for a Ryzen 9 5950X. Now, it's the same price for a 7950X; a price that competitors charge way higher for, in turn of the same CPU. On top of this, they offer more vCPU cores compared to their competition, even with the lower price point. The DDoS Protection with CosmicGuard reassures me that my network will never go down, no matter the attack vector nor size. All of this has just made my experience working with them better and better.

Josh (a management team member) has been excellent in working with me as well. When my modded SMP was lagging, he helped me out in every way possible to try and get it the highest speed feasibly possible; offering additional overhead when needed and allowing me to host a lag-free experience for my players with ease, despite the high mod count.

Their panel is extremely easy to use. While it is a bit too dark-mode focused, it's not compared to speed in which I can get things done.

Lilypad is now my go-to host for whatever I need. Whether it be from a small SMP to a network, I know I can trust their reliability when I need it; for a pricing that competitors don't even come close to. Would recommend to anyone, 10/10

I host a small Minecraft server for me and my friends, but the IP had to change because of some server upgrades. To make sure it never happened again, they gave me a subdomain. Pretty nice, thank you!

Lilypad has been awesome with hosting! I have a dedicated machine and my questions and concerns are always addressed immediately. The price is also right. If I could do anything differently, it would be that I was not hosting with them earlier.
