Amazing company previously but gone downhill.
I have been using these nails for a couple of years and have recommended them to so many people. Unfortunately the company seems to have moved their despatch from Australia to the USA. So, previously, I never waited more than 2 weeks for delivery. Any enquiries were responded to quickly and the company gave a real personal touch. This has now changed. I placed my order on 1 December and it was not despatched until 18 December with no explanation why there was such a delay. And now 42 days later I still havent received my order. I am glad I have stocked up because I will not be using this company again nor recommending them to anyone.

I used to LOVE Lily and Fox. Wraps were being sent promptly to me from Perth (my home city) and I paid a little extra to get them within a few days. They always arrived and I was super happy.

Then distribution moved to Chicago and clearly things have gone completely downhill. I ordered wraps from the US website on November 17 with a 12-28 day delivery time frame. I still had not received anything by Dec 27 and contacted them. They did reply promptly notifying me that the wraps hadn't even been posted until December 13, a full four weeks after taking my payment. They refused to refund me as they have supposedly sent it. I can't afford the new US fee to track them ($83!!!) so I guess I'll have to wait and see.

In the meantime, I happened to notice on the Shop app that I could apparently still order wraps from the Aus site. I paid the $2.99 for express postage for the wraps to arrive in 6-10 days. At day 8, there was no acknowledgement of my order whatsoever so I again contacted them to cancel and refund. This they agreed to do immediately because obviously whatever wraps are on the Shop app clearly aren't going to be fulfilled.

What a debacle. I'm incredibly disappointed that I can no longer order wraps within Australia and that the US site clearly can't fulfil orders in a timely manner. L&F has lost me as a very loyal customer.

The wraps are great, personally, I get two weeks minimum out of them (I could go longer but my nails get a bit trashy without a small mani). Some of the prints are so-so, but the price is amazing.

Shipping - this is where we get stuck.

Shipping used to be excellent, despatched within a couple of days and free postage, or $2.99 for tracked.

My current order (which I just requested a cancellation on) I have waited 5 weeks to be shipped which is a bit of a joke. I asked for updates after 2 weeks, then 4 and now 5 weeks and kept being told that it would be shipped soon.
Only after requesting a cancellation, were they finally honest enough to tell me that they had a backlog due to transitioning to their US based warehouse.

So for future customers, note that your order will not be despatched from within Australia which is not an issue outside of the fact that there will be delays in delivery.

On their website at the moment, it now states 12-26 days for free delivery, or you can pay a small price of $18.99(!!!) for tracked delivery.

The point of my review is to highlight their poor customer service and to ensure that people are aware of order/shipping delays and substantially increased costs.

These are brilliant. I get 2 weeks out of mine. They look great, easy to use and loads of different designs. Can take a while (couple of weeks) to arrive so I just order a few sets.

I have tried all of the ‘stick on, non UV light’ nail wraps and these are by far the best. They are such a great price for starters and they have so many designs. They’re just brilliant. If in the UK they do take about 3 weeks to arrive but the wait is well worth it. I have ordered in advance for autumn and Christmas designs of which there are many different designs. Love them.

My favourite company to deal with and buy from! The nail wraps are amazing quality and fantastic value for money. Lily & Fox make sure they care for their customers and have such an amazing interactive presence on social media. Brilliant company and I would 100% recommend!! :)

Compared to the UK price these nail wraps are a bargain! Really easy to apply and just incase you need to practice a spare set is sent too. Lots of designs and really do last a lot longer than shellac. I put a clear top coat on which I think makes them last longer. Amazingly easy to remove with no damage to nails.

I absolutely love these nails wraps. I bought them thinking they seemed too good to be true but i was wrong and now I'm totally obsessed. Even though they say 3 to 4 weeks for delivery I haven't waited more than 2 weeks. So many beautiful designs and they last really well. I always add a base coat and top coat too for extra shine and make them last a little longer. They are so easy to apply and easy to take off with no damage to my nail own underneath. Every time I go on the website I leave after placing another order because they are so beautiful and so cheap. I have already ordered over 30 sets and I I still have more on their way. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves painting their nails. Try these and you'll not look back. I recommend these to everyone every time I get compliments on my nails.

I've ordered several times from Lily and Fox. I've never been able to get nail varnish to last longer than two days and when I've tried acrylics they destroyed my nails.
These stickers tend to stay on for at least 5 days, are inexpensive and my nails haven't been adversely affected. They're easy to apply and to remove.
Love all the quirky designs and as they are so reasonable price wise I really would recommend giving them a go.

Impulse bought from instagram. Took about two weeks to arrive but was free postage so didnt mind. Absolutely love the product, took about 20mins all in to apply but was my first time. Easy to use and look mint. Iv even washed up and theyv stayed on and are still mint

Perfectly beautiful nail stickers! I purchased 4 different sets of Lily and Fox nail stickers at a cost of £5.98, I choose free post and they came within 3 weeks :-) Each set comes in it's own sealed pouch, and also includes a little cuticle stick and file. There was a hand written note plus an arigami fox (so cute!) and the instructions on how to put on were clear and simple. I've had mine on for 5 days now, I've done washing up, cleaning, washed my hair and multiple other daily chores and they look as good as when I first put them on. No LED activation light needed and I was also given a free set to practice with. I love them and will definately be buying again!

I ordered these but never got them so thinking it's a scam

Bought two sets of nail wraps, both are beautiful designs and they even sent me a third set as a gift, so kind! The delivery was quick for the expectation that they’d set of it being 3-4 weeks to the UK, it arrived just after 2, I was so impressed! I will definitely be buying from Lily and Fox again, highly recommended!

Ordered a couple of sets of Wraps to see how long they will take to arrive.
They took about 3 weeks but well worth the wait. Packaged lovely with a handwritten note, an origami fox and a free set to practice with, all in a wallet with a small nail file and cuticle stick. Applied first set within an hour and they look great. I do have wide nails so did need to choose carefully, they do also have a little stretch in them. I put a base coat and top coat on as well.
Been on nearly week and no signs of peeling at all. I think I might get bored before they need changing. Put in another order that night. 5 stars
