I brought the Leena top handled purse last summer used it once. Today I pulled it out to use for Easter only for one of the handle hardware to fall off. I called the store and customer service with no help saying I purchased it past the return policy. This is a defective purse I only would like to replace it. This purse cost me 300 only to be used once. I need someone from the company to reach out to me. I will never purchase another item for this company if it’s not resolved.

Customer service would not help because the tag was removed. I wrote a review in their website that told of the quality defect and they wouldn’t publish my review. It’s like they are trying to hide quality issues.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ive shopped plenty of times on the Lilly Pulitzer website & I’ve never had an issue before that was until the other day when I was at the Lilly Pulitzer store in Hingham MA at the Derby St Shops bc of an online order where 1/2 of the order was incorrect, however I brought the incorrect item in still sealed in the original packaging it came in w the tags attached. & the manager there a woman named “Kristen Souza” flat out refused to help me in any way shape or form. If anything she insinuated it was somehow my business & responsibility that the incorrect item was outdated, like she was somehow expecting an explanation from ME the customer! I have no idea why I was sent the wrong item let alone why the item I was sent was outdated, bc I don’t work for Lilly Pulitzer therefore it shouldn’t be expected that I know what happens in the shipping department for Lilly Pulitzer. Regardless of her ridiculously unhelpful attitude it’s already a huge disappointment when you order something online & what you receive isn’t even close to what you paid for. THEN as if that’s not enough, when you go to attempt to rectify the issue you’re flat out refused any type of resolution by management of this company! Bottom line I paid for something I did not receive!!! & I was basically forced to leave the item I received w this “Kristen” lady who simply stated “customer service is closed for the day so there’s nothing I can do about this right now”. & to avoid another drive & another 90 minutes she simply stated she’d get back to me the following day, well the following day has come & gone & I’ve not heard anything back from “Kristen” or anyone w the company for that matter. So not only did I pay for something I still don’t have I also don’t have the wrong item either, which is essentially another form of theft! But apparently companies are allowed to do this to their customers w/o anyone batting an eye bc “when the rich steal from the poor it’s called business but when the poor fight back it’s called violence”. Absolutely horrible experience & good for you Lilly Pulitzer bc you’ve now lost yourself a loyal customer!
Sells Damaged Merchandise
I loved Lilly Pulitzer and have many beautiful pieces of clothing. I purchased a dress at the end of October for a December cruise. When I put the dress on New Years Eve, immediately after removing the tag, I noticed a hole in the fabric. I contacted customer service and was told that because the tag had been removed, it was a final sale. I am in shock that a brand like Lilly Pulitzer fails to stand by their product. Sadly, I have made my last purchase from a Lilly Pulitzer.

Free Gift Promotion?
I made a larger purchase from Lilly Pulitzer than I intended in order to receive the free gift with purchase promotion. I never received my free gift because I was told the warehouse was out of the free gift item when my order was placed. This is the second time this has happened regarding the free gift promotion. Very disappointed and Customer Service does not care. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE -- and so surprising of a company of this supposed caliber. Paid for overnite express shipping. Package never came. Customer Service doesn't pick up phone. No email response. No updates given. I ended up making trip to the mall because my order was for a gift giving event. When order FINALLY came, I immediately returned it since it was a duplication of what I bought in person. TRIED to get through to Customer Service to ask for refund of my express shipping charge. It took an entire day on phone to get through (email robot response useless). They finally credited my shipping as a "gift" -- so when refund was issued THEY ISSUED A GIFT CARD instead of my original form of payment to my Visa. Now trying AGAIN to get through to them. So frustrating. Customer Service non existent. Shop elsewhere. They are certainly NOT what they were in their heyday. You are not valued at Lilly Pulitzer. Spend your money elsewhere. (I will say, in store salespeople were a completely different story -- very sweet and helpful. But online is a different story -- so if you have a problem of some sort -- kiss your time and money goodbye). BTW, if they DO made a refund, they say it can take up to a month to process!!

I bought a lot online and when I received the merchandise I went to ask for gift wrapping because I bought to give away… since I arrived and said please I need gift bags for these 7 pieces and 3 women who work there looked at me and then looked at each other with gestures of contempt, I felt humiliated and intimidated but I waited because they went to talk alone to a room and after about 10 minutes of waiting they went out and told me that they were not going to give them to me because I had to have made the purchase there, my impression and feeling is that my image is humble and I felt that I did not import them as a customers!!!
It was a day when they made me feel very bad, I hope this company will give you seminars on how to work with “Customer Service “

I purchased $500 for 3 Danika dresses and strictly followed wash instructions but to no avail the dresses all shrunk and by 1-2 inches in length! Unacceptable and no one was willing to help! I called the King of Prussia store and customer service and told me to reach out to the other no accountability or consideration for return. VERY POOR PRODUCT QUALITY AND NO CONCERN FOR THE BRAND!

I’ll begin by saying that I own several pieces of Lilly Pulitzer and had not had a terrible experience until now.
I spent $128.00 on the Riley pant, and washed with cold water and then air dried. I’ve reached out to customer service twice regarding the poor fabric quality. I washed once and the pants developed cotton balls immediately, and both times the representative said there was nothing they could do to help because I’d worn them. I explained that had I know they would develop cotton balls, I would not have worn and returned immediately. My explanation derived the same response. I would strongly recommend against paying such high of a price for these pants.
Poor customer service
I contacted customer service regarding an item I didn’t receive. It certainly was not their fault my package was stolen but they did not offer a replacement which felt harsh. This is the first time I have had a package taken from me and in talking to my peers was informed other companies offer replacement. Just discouraging all around.

They removed my bad review based on my horrible experience with their customer service because of a defected Ellorie pink sweater I received. I had contact the customer service via email several times and they never respond. When I called them they made me wait around 30 minutes and the agent was rude and didn’t solve my issue. They are just horrible to deal with. After they removed my review I had to submit a review again and advise customers to avoid buying from them.

I requested, from the sales rep, for my gifts and nothing. I, in response, contacted the company. I now know why the customer service in your stores are so poor. The company's own lack of caring or concern is represented in all of my emails. Crickets on all ends. I will make sure that my daughters choose another place for me to purchase their Christmas and other milestone accomplishments. Definitely computer generated all around. How exciting it was to shop in Lilly Pulitzer store surrounded by my favourite things! I bought a few items one of which was $17.00 clip for my hair to put it up. I didn't wear it for weeks as I was in bed recovering from a surgery but when I put my hair up for the 4th or 5th time.. the cheap plastic clip tightly wrapped with Lilly Pulitzer signature cloth broke in my hand. I called the store plus Customer Service # line they asked for the receipt (which I didn't keep) so now I sit and look at the $17 beautiful Lilly cloth covered broken cheap hair clip Made in China and pout totally DISAPPOINTED.
I must say the Lilly cloth covered pony tail elastic banda for ponytails are holding up nicely.
Cheap and poorly made.
I was preparing for a trip to Palm Beach and noticed their store online on the street. I checked the items and chose one dress to try before I ordered more. It was more than a disappointment. It was so cheaply made, I could have done better myself. The seams were crooked, lacking the appropriate ways of seaming, they were clearly rapidly machine stiched, and it was made in Peru. I will not wear it for fear someone thinks I made it. How this company made a name for itself is beyoud me.

I wish I could leave zero stars. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH JALAHN. Worst customer service ever. Twice a package was sent overnight. The second box has been sitting in Nashville over a week. Lilly Pulitzer does not consider it lost and will not issue a refund until I send the product back to them. Never again! BUYER BEWARE!

They do not publish their customer care contact phone number on their website which is telling about the company) . The online customer care is a bot that of course cannot handle your issue- when you do call their customer service after inquiring online to find the number for ( which I was told is a very small call center) you will have a long wait time….. do not believe and pay for expedited shipping as they will blame the shipper ( when in reality it is their slowness in fulfillment) 2 day delivery is more like 4 day—- and they charge $$

While the clothing is adorable there is not customer service
While the clothing is adorable, the customer service is non existent. I ordered 4 items on June 26th. It is July 12th today and I have only received half of my order. I wouldn't be bothered if they sent some sort of update on when I will expect the other two items. They do not respond to my emails. I am leaving for my trip next week and would like to know if i will receive the rest of my order by then. If i don't hear back from the today, I will never shop from them again.
