I have used Lili Waste for 12 months now and couldn't be more happier. The service is incredible and issues are sorted within the hour. Great value overall, recommended.

Have been using Lili for past two years and have found them to be extremely efficient and reliable. Like any business of this nature there has been the odd hiccup where they have had to change the schedule due to breakdowns/traffic delays etc but they have always kept us informed so we’ve never had to worry. Easy to get hold of on the odd occasion we’ve had cause to call. Prices competitive if not cheaper than other contractors in our area. Overall a very happy customer.

Repeated missed collections so I cancelled our pre paid debit and they say we are on stop because it is unpaid and they want to charge for services not received because they have admin costs! What about our costs for the repeated poor service and rude phone calls. They are scandalous. Do not use. Sure mistakes happen but they will not admit to them or that their service is poor. They are trying to charge while in dispute eventhough they are not collecting!

A good level of service provided. Weekly pickups happen like clock work but you are advised if there will be any change to the schedule

Having used many other waste services, Lilliwaste are by far the most reliable and helpful

We have been using lili waste last 2 years, had couple of hiccups but sorted very quickly. Their system is better now and inform you for any changes via email ASAP.
They increase their prices quite often but if you are not with it they are happy to help as well.

Been using liliwaste for past six months excellent service every 2wks never let me down.

We've been using Liliwaste for the last 2 years until I realised that they were more expensive that other similar contractors so I asked them to review the price and they ended up slightly cheaper than the others so I stayed with them as I am happy with their service. They can be a bit stiff on their rules indeed which is a shame but they are reliable which is a real plus.

We have been with Lili Waste for almost 3 years now and I can honestly say we rarely, if ever, have issues with the service. I have always found the customer services very helpful and it's never any trouble to get extra collections if needed. Far better than other companies we have used in the past, would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service Lili waste provide. The bins are always empty when they should be, nice and polite drivers.
They always let us no if any problems with collection.

Only been with them approx 5 months now sold my buisness but new owner taking over contract. I was told everything and all costs at the beginning I read the contract in detail too. Been happy with them small blunder with my final payment but they are refunding on takeover.
Would use again

Like any other waste company of this nature , Liliwaste meet daily/weekly obstructions that prevent a smooth and flawless operation.
Unfortunately what is only a problem/ setback to Liliwaste can be a catastrophe to the company they are servicing on the day.
Eventually Liliwaste do catch up and therefore I have learnt to be prepared.

Currently terminating our agreement due to the sale of the business. Not enough that we have to suck up 43% of a annual bill because our notice given die not fall within their restrictive notice procedure (which seems to be the same in trade waste and no one else we deal with of the hundreds of suppliers). Given notice to take their bins off our property on sale date with 3 weeks notice to do so and they kept them there so they could try and re-sign the new owner, then they try and charge us for picking up bins after we have left for a month after and even given overweight charges when we had transferred the business. Very quick to send to credit collectors even when we are still within terms. Just poor and should not be in business.

PLEASE DO NOT USE LILI WASTE!!!!!!!

Do not use Lili waste they will charge you what ever they want extra for emptying even a half full bin it is scandalous!!

I have tried cancelling my big numerous times and got told to call back in march of this year only to find out you have to give them 2 months termination notice so my bin has not rolled over to 2020 this is all because somebody in the contact centre where you usually call for help LIED to me and knew if I called back in March it would force me into another 12 month contract this is ridiculous!

Last company we used were not as helpful.

Awful company, agree to collection times based on access then arrive before anyone will be at the premises (because the driver likes to take his breaks later) but only offer a 50% credit for not collecting - I'm thinking of starting a business where i deliver no goods and keep half the money, it sounds amazing.

Having queried missed collections they make up excuses about the times they arrive but yet don't bother emptying the bin despite having cctv evidence to the contrary or just don't bother getting back to you at all.

Getting responses back to emails is as and when they can be bothered and if it suits.

We have used them for nearly three years, they started so well but this year in particular has been laughable, they have slipped and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Check what you are signing for too as their weight limits for their bin sizes just don't add up. 30 odd kg on a 660l bin is pitiful.

Avoid Signed up with 707, they used Country Style to emptied the waste, everything was fine until they transferred us to Lili waste and claimed that same company. Lili waste always missed the collection and claimed that was customer fault because the wheelie bin didn't leave outside or somewhere that can easily accessible. Until I told them I have CCTV record to proof my bin was left out accessible to shut them up. Then double charges for excess weight for the two weeks weight.
