First time i ordered back in January, the quality was amazing, sizing perfect. Customer service amazing and delivery was on time.
I decided to order again, I ordered two items and only one arrived. I messaged them about this and they said it was because the other one was not in stock so I chose an alternative. They did not let me know before hand so when I had only recieved one item I was shocked.
Once the 2nd item had arrived, both items didn't fit. I messaged them. Communication was brilliant to start and they sent me a return label and asked me to use THEIR choice of courier. I returned the parcel, after tracking it for days it appeared it had got lost.
I contacted the company and had no help, I then contacted DPD and they said it was the trader who was the customer and it should be them chasing it as I did everything I should. After many messages via tiktok and email, them checking my messages and leaving them in read. I had to go down citizens advice route who advised me at first to send a letter via recorded delivery, they had signed for it and had not responded nor refunded me within 14 days. Then I had to go via my bank for a cash return. After sending all the evidence, I finally recieved my money back.
Such a shame as the quality is amazing for the price. However, due to the extremely poor customer service I recieved the 2nd time I would not buy not recommend this company if a problem was to happen to your order. Shame

Such a lovely company operating with a real personal touch to their service..a hard found attitude in today’s retail environment. I originally ordered lingerie pieces and I have gone on to order bikinis, everyday bras etc and I am blown away by the quality considering the price. I have definitely found one of my favourite companies to purchase from. Thank you so much Liliosa

First time buyer and the experience was very good.Quick delivery.Lingerie bought true to size and material excellent.

I loved how everything was packed and how I got the options for my bunddle on Tik tok live, Some items were to tight well other fit just right for my size. I would recommend sizing up just to be safe.

I love this shop for its inclusive sizing, adjustable waists, backs, garters makes all the difference in feeling comfortable and confident in lingerie. Thanks Steph and the girls for a wonderful product range with so much variety and high quality.

I ordered two sets, only one came, when I tried to contact them which is very hard ie through instagram or a chat bot which doesn’t respond they asked me to select a different set as it was no longer in stock. I selected a different set and it was also not in stock and I selected a third time which they never got back to me after a few attempts of messaging again. Feel scammed by trying to order off a small business but I guess they’re small for a reason.

Amazing quality items, beautiful box and presentation. Friendly helpful service. Looking forward to my next subscription box.

Returned a parcel twice for it to be returned to me address on returns information not valid and had to dispute with my bank!

Such great advice on styles and fit, feel like part of the family and the hosts are amazing and helpful. A great selection of styles that are perfect for anybody.

The best team to make you feel confident and feeling your ultimate best. From having feeding tubes to a stoma its really hard to find lingerie but liliosa truly changed that for me and made me feel empowered and confident.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered three items 20th January.

Two came and were massively undersized, my wife is a medium or 12 in everything else but would need at least an XL in their sizing but there’s no chance of an exchange or refund as the emails stop coming and now being ignored.

The third item still hasn’t arrived, I kept getting told it’s out of stock and promised a free gift, now that hasn’t turned up and now no response to my emails.

Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and now reading other reviews I’m not the only one.

No exchanges, no refunds, no communication ………. Just a really poor company.
I’d definitely advise to avoid ordering from them.

What made my experience good is because the people who works there are actually fantastic they are nice, they supportive they help people if people don’t know what to buy and that they honestly help them. All of the clothes made me feel confidence in myself and I’m happy they these lot exist honestly

Why do the hosts feel the need to raise their voice during the lives? 🙉 like seriously!? I am all about enthusiasm but the way they come over is extremely annoying 🙈 calm down you don’t need to shout also stop telling lies and stating that the lingerie sets are worth £45 to £60 when they are all CLEARLY from Shein and Ali Express!! Cheap tat!!
