Well hugely disappointed and to be honest stay away, I signed up on the 29th Jan 2024 and once logged in, I knew this was not the platform for our needs anyway, on the very same day reach out via webchat to cancel and get a refund processed so well within the 3 days they state in there terms & conditions and we are now on the 1st March 2024 and still no refund.
I had high hopes for Ligna Marketing
I had high hopes for Ligna Marketing, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The biggest issue I've encountered is the lack of customer support. It's incredibly frustrating to have to wait months to hear back from the owner, especially when facing urgent issues or needing assistance with the platform.
Another major downside is the constant addition of new functions that never seem to work properly. The creator presents these features as groundbreaking, but in reality, they are often glitchy and time-consuming to troubleshoot. It's incredibly disheartening to invest hours into trying to make something work, only to encounter one issue after another.
Additionally, while there may be some positive reviews of Ligna Marketing, my experience tells a different story. Many users, including myself, have faced numerous challenges and frustrations with the platform. I would advise anyone considering Ligna to join the Facebook group and see for themselves the ongoing issues and difficulties users are facing.
Overall, my experience with Ligna Marketing has been deeply disappointing, and I would caution others to proceed with caution before investing time and resources into this platform.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Ligna regarding our recent purchase. To this day, over a month since our purchase, we have still not been set up as promised. We paid both for the product itself and the setup, yet we have not received any outcome or progress.
What adds to the frustration is the constant rescheduling or cancellation of meetings without any prior notice. It typically takes them a week or two to respond to our inquiries or provide an update. When our assigned representative, Jon, didn't show up to scheduled meetings, we didn't receive any communication or explanations from Ligna. We were left in the dark, and it was up to us to keep following up to hear anything from them.
This has undoubtedly been the most terrible experience we have had when purchasing a product. We expected better from Ligna in terms of delivering on their promises and maintaining regular communication with their customers.
On January 23, we finally made the difficult decision to request a refund, given the lack of progress and poor communication. Regrettably, we have yet to hear anything back from Ligna, even after waiting for an extended period of time.
I strongly caution others from considering Ligna for their product and services, as our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. It is essential for a company to be transparent, responsive, and reliable, and unfortunately, Ligna has failed to meet these expectations.
We sincerely hope that Ligna takes immediate action to rectify these issues and improve their customer service in the future.

The idea is good. Difficult to use or the software is broken. Getting refund is even more difficult or maybe impossible. You will not find their support number or email on their website. I should have known this earlier.

After numerous attempts to reach out I finally had to submit a billing dispute with my credit card company with proof (emails) from Ligna about the refund being approved but nothing was actioned.
Their Support is laughable
Their Support is laughable. I cancelled my subscription through their chat right after I started. They told me it would be processed within 7 days and the refund may take about 7 - 14 days depending on the Credit Card used. It's been over 40 days now and I still haven't received a refund. On top of that the Support (who is apparently only run by Jon) doesn't answer anymore. So I don't know if I should call it a scam, cause they do have a Product, but it Sure feels like a scam to me

This is probably my first negative review in my life which I hate to do so but for the benefit of others:
Most of the features are working well, but some importants which you must have are nightmares just couln't get to work. The crazy part is the support is only Jon and he did tried to help sometimes but problems remained. After several attempts with no solution, no response - I felt like I am being ignored and pretty much wasting money and time trying to figure how to use the system only to end up with medicrity. I've never experienced such horrible customer service before since I've bought something with this ticket size.. I have to go back to my former CRM. Sad but that's how I felt. Pleases stay away until Ligna has enough supports and the system is working properly, at least that's how it happens to me.

This is the best agency platform I have used. Ligna provides everything starting from CRM, CMS, LMS to PMS under one hood. The price is reasonable and I have only the best thing to say about Ligna.

For an email-marketing SaaS solution, Ligna has one of the most advanced CRM that has built-in voip phone. In fact Ligna's CRM is more advanced than some of the dedicate/pure CRM out there. I implemented Ligna on one of the business I consult, and their sales is getting higher and higher results.
Promising software with a great dev team behind it.
Ligna is great software and fully featured. Although still in a relatively young state, there are some growing pains. I admire the dedication of the team behind it. Initially, there was a lack of communication about the development but it turned out to be because they were reworking modules that the influx of new users requested. Once that was done, updates and new functionality to improve the software were rolled out regularly.
It's great software for building your site. Drag and drop for simple sites but can be elaborate if you know how to build websites.
There is a learning curve on how to implement and integrate with your business but it's properly laid out and taking the time to understand how to do it will get you there.
Almost all I need to manage my business
We appreciate that Ligna is totally personalisable and gives users, according to their plan, chance to cascade until unlimited tiers with additional customisations. Having a CRM, Marketing, LMS, Listings, Website builder, bookings, social media posting, VOIP and more (all with great monitoring and analytics tools) all in one shot is definitely a very pleasant experience. I also had one of best experiences with Founder and the support team, very supportive at every stage and open to quick fixes and brainstorm regarding work arounds. In several cases, they listened to users to decide further development directions.
Ligna has all the online business tools you need.
Ligna has all the tools in an all in one package. I think this will be a great tool for any business that wants to be successful online.
