Issue with light fitting provided
The company were good at keeping me up to date (as there were issues with obtaining the 2 ceiling lights I had ordered.) The shades are absolutely beautiful and good quality - as expected with tiffany.
However, there is a massive BUT!!
As soon as the electrician saw the fittings he knew there would be issues. The centre bar has poor threading and was hard to keep straight when attaching to the ceiling fitting and also when attaching the shade. There are 2 bulbs for each light and within a day both had one not working! Basically the fittings are inferior and poor quality - cheap rubbish from China! Not what I'd expect as these were not cheap!

Exceptional customer care
I purchased a brass outdoor wall lamp from Lights2U online. It arrived ahead of schedule and was seriously well packed in the box. Unfortunately on the day intended to install it in my porch, I could not find on of the 2 brass retaining nuts on the wall mounting section. When I informed Lights2U they asked me to check, which I did, but was unable to find it in all the expanded polystyrene foam packing. I needed to fit it by the next day due to my personal commitments. Lights2U delivered the part by next day courier, enabling me to fit the lamp on time. It looks so good in its location that even the postman commented on the uplifting effect it had on my front door entrance area. More than happy to recommend lights 2U as an exemplary supplier

Almost 5 Stars ….
I ordered 7 external lights and 4 wall lights on Xmas Eve. I didn’t receive any update as to when my lights would be dispatched and had to contact the company. That said once i did get in touch the lights were placed on a quick delivery. Had i not had to do this i would have given 5 stars as the lights i ordered are beautiful. Lights2U have a great selection of high quality lighting.

High quality product at the best price I could find. Delivery was quicker than stated and when I phoned with a query, someone answered straight away and resolved it for me. I have since made another purchase with equally good service.
